Yeah, but not exactly what I expected, Still, there are those trademarks you found ...

Underwhelmed. But glad it's not going to cost me anything.
I definitely expected the announcement to be more than this. Hopefully @Vape360 will respond back to whether or not current owners can send theirs in to be customized. So far there has been nothing about the Radius that would make me want to buy another one.

If he says yes then THAT would be an announcement worth me getting excited about.

EDIT I have to say I feel if this were something ProVape was planning all along they should've come out with it the same time they had the Radius available for purchase. I don't see people who just dropped a wad of cash on this being excited.

I like the graphite, but it's just not worth it to me to get another one. I'll hold out for something else....

Puter Talk :?:
Some people got New PC's and I see that a lot of the new PC's come with HDMI ports and or Mini Display ports (MiniDP or mDP). :)
My current video setup,
My Video card is a MSI Radeon R7970 Lightning Unlocked edition.
84e.jpg

It has 2 DVI and 4 mDP ports.
I got dual monitors so they are plugged into the two DVI ports.
Then I got a mDP to HDMI cable running to a Samsung 32" LED TV.
Using the TV's input settings and my computers display settings, I can switch between using the TV as a TV or as a 3rd monitor.
A 3rd monitor is nice when I want to watch moves online or that I downloaded. I use VLC media player for the ones I DL because it gives the option to pick what speakers to use. So using the VLC player I set it to use the TV speakers to play the sound of what ever movie I am watching, saving my PC speakers for the other two monitors.

My husband's computer is hooked up to the tv, so I can still use both my monitors. However, we have a smart tv which also connects with wifi. The only issue is whatever you load first, pc or tv, hogs all the bandwidth. So, I got to tweak that sometime.

I'll be honest, this was a disappointment. My Radius was a present so these options wouldn't have made any difference to me. I don't really see myself getting another Radius, it's a great mod, but I just am not bonding with it. I'd rather have a Ti P3 in my hands. In mini mode it would be way lighter, and more compact, and in my mind the P3 has a bit of an edge with more useful features to me. I had high hopes that something big was happening, and it turned out to be just more colors...

I saved that picture Chief, I was already spending more than I had planned, so I did not fork out to much for my video graphics card. I figured I could always get a better one later. :)

They don't make the MSI Radeon R7970 Lightning anymore :(
Unlike most computer hardware, Graphic cards are years ahead of any game or program out.
Take my Lightning for example, even though it was developed in 2012, there is no game or program on the market today that even comes close to pushing it to it's limits.
So even though there are better cards then mine out, there is no hurry for me to get one. Even if tomorrow I were to upgrade my mother board, processor, and Ram, I would still keep and use my R7970 Lightning.
That's the one good thing about spending a lot on a Vid card, it can take 10 to 20 years (depending on the users needs) for it to be obsolete. ;)

Right now EVGA - Intelligent Innovation - Official Website is making the best cards out.

The next generation in my card and the best Card for the money is the GTX 980 Ti
EVGA - Products - Graphics - geforce 900 series family - gtx 980 ti

The Very Best card out is the EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN Z
EVGA - Products - EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN Z - 12G-P4-3990-KR

EVGA - Products - Graphics - GeForce TITAN Series Family

Heck I figured you had the latest and greatist!
I think it will be next year anyway before I think about it anyway, the one in mine is one of the GeForce ones, but it is not one of the top of the line ones. The thing does have a Large DP connector, and 1 HDMI port, I returned the monitor I was having problems with, I am just using my 8 year old DVI monitor, once I finish setting the new one up I will be using a 32" HDTV as a monitor with it as well, I was already doing that with my old one. :)

Even back when I built my computer there were a few better parts I could of used. But when it comes to PC parts, ask yourself what your going to use the PC for.
Like my Processor, I got a AMD Quad-Core 3.2 GHz 6MB L3 Cache, which back then was more than enough for my needs.
I could of went with the better Intel and paid more, but to me it would of been a waste of money.
Even today INTEL makes a better Processor, but it's going to cost ya. And is it worth it?
The worth it part is up to the individual and what they are going to use it for.
Even if I was going to build another computer today, I would have a hard time picking between the AMD or Intel.
For an Example take a look at these Processors,
AMD FX-9370 Vishera 8-Core 4.4 GHz 8MB L2 Cache, cost around $199.99
Intel Core i7-5960X Haswell-E 8-Core 3.0 GHz 20MB L3 Cache, cost around $1,049.99
I guess the Intel better?
But if a person was only going to run programs that wouldn't even push the AMD processor to half it's potential, should they pay the extra money for the Intel?
If so, then why stop there :?:
Just go all out and get a Intel Xeon E5-4669 v3 Octadeca-core (18 Core) 2.10 GHz Processor 45 MB Cache for around $10,000.00
Maybe someday I will get that one.
