the bottom line is ruyan aimed these things at the occasional "restaurant user" they are not and never were intended for every day use.. they were never intended to replace a 30 a day mans habit..

ruyan make this clear.. no body else does.. the high failure rate is for one simple reason.. we are trying too turn a 10 puff a day device into a thousand puff a day device..

used as ruyan intended the ones i throw away after two weeks use could well last two years..

if u wanna smoke constant like regular cigarette whole day

either u changed lots of car , use more battery and refill more e liquid.

I feel why government still don;t really into "offical approving of this device" mainly it got mix reaction used it as a qutting device to quit smoking.

example when I smoke my regular cigarette , I have get out of my office walk to my smoking area to light up.

next I don;t"official can smoke at home " my parents don;t allow .because I staying with my parents , next they know I smoke been caught at home smoking before ya ya yes I am already old enough but in asian here parents are not so open minded next overall smoking is bad .

so sometime I sneak hide in my bedroom to smoke ..
will use fan to blow the sense away or spray some nice aroma to hide the smell of the smoke..to prevent my parents know ." actually in their mind I still feel they know me still into s moking" but I will feel sad ...if been caught again by them because I promise them to quit.

now come to this e cigarette I CAN SMOKE EVEN THEY ARE IN LIVING ROOM , because don;t have smell ....thus seem like I smoke more !

but on better heatlhy side ...only inhale nicotine..

thus if I smoke real ones acutally the natural stop me smoke more..

because I have to get out to places where can smoke.
once it finish , you still need more crave but naturally u will stop because it burn out.

than go back to office ..and work .with no smoke.

but now u can stick ur ... on ur chair and smoke non stop with e smoke .

thus this "maybe overload the atomiser" and burn up ????

I personally is addict here I tend to smoke dam fast and my atomiser very fast heat up ...I have to stop awhile than try again within mins to keep smoke ..I KNOW this will cook up the atomiser but ! is the conveient to smoke here any time any where..

or becos I cannot control here my will power on nicotine is weak

personally I feel .."is an cheap alternative " for smoking

even the most expensvie cart , e lquid still cheaper than buying a pack of cigarette in most countries out there.

for example this 4 days of my e smoke , I constant smoke ever more .BUT I save a few packs of cigarette money .my present left over sticks is left from monday ..this 4 days I most smoke 3 real cigarettes here because I got another alternative to smoke here , but I have to constant smoke to ease my urge to smoke real one.



but it do make u quit smoking for some ..those have good will power out there.

but sadly for me is nope , I just realised is another cheap alternative to smoke here + real cigarette .

now I am addicted to the cart...e liquid ..scare my stock very fast run out and hate it have to order online ..

take note there is not a single sign of anything that even vaguely reassembles "smoke".. not exactly like one of leaford or rats videos..

presently I just testing ...yup IT DO CUT DOWN on my usage of real cigarette....guess what today saturday my local time , I whole day at home..got go out walk around too but only me.
and today I just smoke 2 real cigarette....+ tons of esmoke at home .outside I sneak to smoke ..because my country is kind weird and strict .I don;t want to attract unnecessary attention so sneak to e smoke for a few puffs


but I not sure torrow come sunday , I will be meeting my frds at town .where by there is lots of ppl .

I "will sneak e smoke again " hide one quiet corner ..

or no choice smoke the real ones....especially I waiitng for my frds the area is open and next to smoking aread and I bound to light up the real ones.


summary here I feel e smoke is another althenative to smoke in places where u cannot smoke "sneak smoking here" in toliet and is good to sneak smoke in ur relatives hse if they don;t know u smoke cos it don;t give out smell ..
and can be consider " A toy " electonics toy to play around .

I see what you're saying Trog. These things may not have been originally designed to replace smoking. But a lot of companies sure are acting like it can.
Here's a quote off my Ruyan E-Cigar manual:

Four-step method for quitting smoking:
Step One: Use the cartridge with high nicotine content for 6 weeks following your habit;
Step Two: Medium nicotine for 12 weeks following your habit;
Step Three: Low nicotine for 4 weeks.
Step Four: Finally, use the cartridge without nicotine for 3 weeks to achieve the goal of smoke abstention.

That's 25 weeks, (6 months) you are supposed to use this straight, and use it as much as you would smoke normal cigarettes.

I haven't seen anything to back this up, however, given the experience I've had so far with these gadgets, I would tend to agree with this.

I believe it would continue to work perfectly for the one who just wants to take it where he/she is not able to have real ciggies. Hey! That that would "justify" the Njoy cart price too. Get past the smoking ban! Stick it to the man! And you would probably only spend about $25 bucks a month or every other month or whatever on the danged Njoy carts. E-cig would last you a year maybe. Then you buy another one next year and keep stickin' it to the man!

Yeah, trog. 75 percent of the time, you piss me off, but that's the nature of the forum-beast. This time, I could see where this makes sense.

I remember one of the earlier ruyans being called the family cigar, because you could smoke it when around family. It never made mention of it being a quitting device, so I assume the company thought customers would be using real tobacco, and the e-cig when situations warranted it. That's not the reason why they burn out too quick. The reason they made them like this is it's cheapest.

In order to e-smoke constantly and replace cigarettes you just need to have enough atomisers and batteries around you, and refills of course.

I have entirely switched from smoking 40 a day to electronic cigarette. My original atomiser still works fine. They need regular cleaning out, an easy way is to draw on the atomiser without a refill connected or with a blank refill, this helps atomise the liquid left in the unit without adding more.

Most common atomiser problem is just that its bunged up with liquid. Just disconnect is and blow back through where the refill connects and the liquid flows out.

Plus if you need a new atomise it costs only £6.99 online anyway. Mine have lasted months and considering I'm saving £40 per week by using it I sure can afford a few replacement atomisers, batteries etc. If I can buy an entirely new starter kit for £19.99, I could still buy one a week and save £20 per week plus I'm not killing myself anymore which is the best bonus!
