For those that are having trouble with the 510's threading they are an M7 x .5 thread pitch. I used to have a high speed bottom tap to chase mine and clean up the threads and I also had a re-threading die the same size to clean up atty threads as well... Just do a google search for them. I believe I got mine from McMaster-Carr or Amazon back in 2014. Just make sure you order high speed steel and not carbon steel...

Sure! - it's listed as 18mm. It extends a HAIR over the landing deck of a grand or mini - but so little, it's easy to ignore...
Downside - you can oversquonk - it's a shallow well and low airslot.
Upside - They're $20.

I'm guessing that broomstick uses a reg 510 drip tip connection?

I'm used to leaks with the O-16 :/

So bottom tap is what one would want and not plug style?

Yes - standard 510. The fat tip in my photo is a tip I've found that's 510 on the bottom, but 810-ish on top - I use it on a lot of atties!

Sweet! Just used my own method I mention prior and was able to fix my new goldvein!!

I'm a guy and very stubborn! Cant let that lie like that! Fix it!

So as I mentioned before.. find a crappy atty ya dont like or use (make sure its stainless steel) and turn it on the threads till it stops.. twist it on and off a few times while trying to itch it a little bit further.

Now take it off.. forget the blow out. Use a qtip and wipe out both the threads on the 510 and the 510 connection on the atty. Resume.. you should notice you itching further ea attempt. Make sure to clean the threads often.

I ended up using a Velocity v2 for the initial thread boring. Then followed up with one of my enthions.. I believe that's it.. 2nd version of the Hadalay.

Both are stainless steel so good to go. The first atty will take the brunt of it.

If you notice shiny threads on the atty then most likely those threads are conforming to the 510 connection and not the other way around. Must be soft cheap steel. China made.. clone like.

Only reason I was able to get that to work was because I could atleast get a half turn started initally.

The red mod is real bad. Maybe a quarter turn and I started on that one and gave up cause the atty looked crooked so dont touch it as I'll prob cross thread it.

It's still ruff and tight but I'll attempt to break it in more later on.

I'm wanting to coat those 3 veins as its killing me not being able to use them! Hehe

Already have the right stuff.. rustoleum crystal clear enamel and will do 5-6 coats ea!

There all just way to damn sexy!!

Not worried about my super vein, I'll just use it and see what happens.

I'd love to as to me it's one of the top finishes I've ever seen! Though at this point too risky as it's not like I can just order another.. though I bet I can! Hehe.. ya know what I mean though.. Reosmods is closed.

Ok here is what FT generic 8ml silicone bottle looks like in P67,,, next to the mod is a old style needle tip 10ml bottle 1) yes the bottle fits but it semi bulges,,, 2) that needle tip also fits my 100+120 ml bottles,,, if I chose to go the path of using the bottle design of the fill port.- if you go with that plan,, you will have to really pay attention to how you position the bottle for finished placement of the port hole.

Note about tubes,, I used my 3.0 coil jig to slightly stretch out the tube (all tubes) to fit in the REOS metal stem,,, 3.5 might work,, ???

Overall I happy to have 8 mls,,the soft silicone is also a major upgrade,,, I also decided to give 1 more 510refill system a try,, others have not worked out well for me,,, so I'm trying out the
Vandy Vape Pulse X Replacement Refill Bottle,,,, meantime if all I have gained over my little Nudge silicone bottle is more volume,, then I am happier. I know most people like tube designs,, but I was happy with Pico long metal stem with a plug system built in.

Edit note- if you don't like the fill port aspect of this bottle,, take off the center collar,, then twist the base so that the fill port is blocked full time,

I've since long given up on another bottle and just deal with what the reo uses. Works out fine as I change the batt and fill the bottle once I see it half empty. Battery will be at or slightly below 4volts at that time for me.

Also helps with squawking cause i dont half to guess how much i need to hold the bottle in as the lower the volume of juice the longer and harder one need to press the bottle to feed. So it's like anyways the same for me.

Though with that said I did pick up 8 of the 8mil bottles with delrin caps just to try them out. Had a few with the metal caps when they first hit and I didnt like how when the cap is wet it's too hard to tighten the cap. Figure it will be easier to rib the plastic cap to avoid that issue.

Starting using one last night and it will take a few to get used to something else.

Don't order them just yet.. I remember the guy who posted on them noted a modification he had to make..i see what he means now.. I need to build up the neck area more so juice doesn't sneak out. I have food grade silicone for that and many orings to tinker with.. I don't think it's a difficult fix though
Thank you! :)

Oh, that's very nice! Think I'm getting a case of p67 envy now ;) Sadly, I can only get a maximum of 15.5mm in my 2.1s though.

Really nice there! Unfortunately, I need a max diameter of 15.5mm for my 2.1s, and that's gonna be a squeeze (no pun intended). 15mm would be better. Waiting impatiently for the bottles I ordered... I got one of the vandy vape refill bottles as well. I've never used one, so that should be fun - haha!

Apologies for the redundancy - I got distracted by something here and besides, I'm terrible with the mechanics of posting:facepalm:

Good point on the bottle fill/battery change timing, and maybe you'll let us know how you're liking the new ones...
