This might be the last update you'll get until the parcel has passed customs clearance, since it will be officially in USPS's hands only after it has been released from customs. GR to US parcels are usually out of the country within 3-4 days, then gathered at some EU forwarding center, then sent to the US, then processed from customs and then taken over by USPS... phew.

Ok thank you , hopefully in a week or two I will have it:)

Hi, I have a problem with my Roller, I hope it is something simple I am doing wrong.
I have the new switch version, it was only delivered last week.

If I tighten my flush brass connector so it is flush the button becomes sticky, clunky, as if it is rubbing on something and it feels kind of cheap.
This happens if I have the little rubber ring on the little screw under the connector or not, if I have a battery in or not etc.
If I remove the large o-ring from under the connector then it will fit better but I have not read anybody having to do this.

The button, one of the selling points for me, has been described as butter smooth but mine isn't, it isn't butter smooth with or without anything screwed together as soon as I put the flush connector in, how are your buttons?

It also quite often miss fires, I will press the button all the way in and nothing happens so I press hard and it fires but it might stay stuck in and I need to pull the button back out. Again, this is only once I have the flush connector in flush.

It feels like the switch housing moves a tiny amount so to get the switch more usable I have to tighten the battery tube a bit then the brass connector etc. until I can get the switch in the right place to be more usable.

I can put up with the score line around the bottom of the switch housing tube, I guess, I can live with having to remove screws and rubber rings depending upon if I want it flush or not then having to put them back in when I switch hardware but the switch reminds me it is not perfect every time I use it and I need this flush as I have a spheroid on the way.

Is this just the way they work and I am unaware or is it faulty? More importantly, can I fix it?
I would love to love this device, I love the hit and looks, please help a sad face.

Thanks in advance.

I was going to send it back to you but decided to try rebuilding the switch instead.
It feels much better now, though I did lose two bearings because I am an idiot :D

It was, I think, a little piece of delrin in one of the channels and in fairness to Atmizoo this process and problem was described well on their website.

Thanks for the help and offer of more help. I love my Roller again :)

I use the ss recessed connector. Do you have any regular size ss recessed connectors?
thanks :toast:

Are you using an SS recessed connector? Because these are a bit larger than the spec to fit large-threaded repairables such as the DID, AC9 and Cobras without eating them up.

The tradeoff is that the normal-sized ones will be a bit wobbly, but once you adjust the height of the pole-screw to have them sitting right on the connector, they will not move anymore.

Unfortunately, such minor issues can only be resolved when everyone decided to follow the specs.

Regarding the issue with the connector coming off - you can just use a coin to tighten the connector and it won't go anywhere, especially if it's loose. When you mount an atomizer, there's no need to overtighten against the connector. Only screw it down until you meet a bit resistance.

Nope still cant get it off, I am worried about squeezing too hard with the pliers and ruining the threads, this is frustrating and its my stupid fault:(
Try getting some oil on the threads. Also, heat expands materials so you might want to try cooling down the switch. Hopefully that will have shrunk it enough for you to be able to screw it off.

Use the channel lock...make sure the teeth of the pliers are on the top of the connector and not on the threads. You can exert a lot of force this way. I have done this several times and have not caused injury to either the DID or Roller.
The ops, I still can not remove the brass connector from my did, I am worried to press too hard with the pliers. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Just a quick question for those who are using the kick with their Roller, it looks like the kick can stay in the roller and be adjusted by removing the top cap, while you change the battery from the bottom end? Is this correct? If the kick will stay in the mod for battery changes and power adjustments, it makes this nice looking device even better.
