"Know Thyself", as the philosophers say. Be realistic about your expectations and limitations and start from there. Plan, no plan, do whatever you think feels right for you. I quit analogs right off the bat but everyone is different.
Even after almost four weeks, I still have a few cartons in the house and a pack of cigs nearby. Can't say I haven't been tempted, especially in the morning but the temptation passes quickly after a few, good, hard vapes.
It might not be popular to say in the V4L forum, but I found that dripping my 510 in the morning really helped, at least the first few days. Now that I've learned to vape the VK properly, I haven't used the 510 all that much this past week.
The most important thing is that you're trying. Every hour you go by without an analog is a victory and you should pat yourself on the back for that.
Good Luck!
