Your Urge to Vape...How Strong?

I have a couple boxes of nico gum that gives me a nic buzz, I'd be glad to share some with you NoMatches, just PM me your address. I still have 15 packs of Snus Camel in the fridge too, make that 14 I'm gonna get one right now. I vape 18-24mg, and 36 peppermint is on my wishlist for the 1st of next month, but I do think a big part of the total habit is hand/mouth/inhale/exhale related.

My problem is not nic, although I still vape between 0nic to 11mg. It's hand to mouth for me. At night on the computer I vape like a fiend. Also in the car..but that's because hubby smokes. I can go all day without vaping..I don't need it when I am busy.

Remember no matches....with cigs there are several very addictive chemicals. Think of all the addictions you gave up when you switched to vaping only and pat yourself on the back.
