It would look ridiculous though, having that super tall rba. It would be like half the length of the mod itself. The Russian big is ~1.25" in diameter and is made for 26650 mods, which are equally wide.

True it would look ridiculous but it's still an option to be able to have the large juice capacity for an 18650 mod.
I am also waiting to find the Russian Big in stock to go with my 26650 mod at the moment.I am also considering getting the extension and extra tank section for my 91% just to have the large juice capacity for around the house.

What is the quartz conversion? Is it available for the Russian and the Russian 91%? Apologes if I'm being too nosy.....
I heard the two devices were the same size except for the base. And I figure the base is also interchangeable as well, just a length difference. I've looked at the extra extensions and longer chimneys but agree that it would start to get unwieldy in length and hence very top heavy.
Filling the Russian from the bottom will have to wait until I can be sure there is a way to fix the valve without having to send it to a repair depot -- probably overseas -- at that point the cost of ownership would start to become questionable even though it is a super device.
The Russian Big sure is an entertaining video to watch and I'd love to see one, but that is one honking big device. I'd definitely have to make a mod stand or it would be like a tree falling in the house!! Isn't the weight roughly 1/4#? I'd swear that's what was mentioned on the video.
On the other hand, it would be nice to have that extra large capacity for around the house. Also would help with my muscle tone in my arms hefting it to my lips...lol.

I am a devout 25%er. I always fill my Russian 91%, KFL+, and 2 KFL+ clones (more russian than Kayfun) from the bottom using a 14ga syringe tip for my 50/50 juice. I fill all the way, so I get 4+ ml each time. No leaks, no mess, and no fuss.

Top filling and potential (usual) leaking from the air hole is one of the reasons that I have pretty well abandoned my 2 Foggers - I always forgot to close the AFC.

I thought I was told it holds 4ml, but having trouble with that number. I did find a syringe with the markings and got ~2.5ml in, but had several drops come out the drip tip when screwing on the top cap while inverted.
Maybe I need to see about the coming Russian Big (11.5ml per Rip Trippers review) so I can "tank up" for several days at a time....lol.
sorry i didt quote the origonal post. That was a response to the amount to the top of the window.
Someone asked for the info. Filling from the bottom is closer to~4ml

Yea that Russian big is definitely for26650s. I think on an 18650 it would look akin to a russian On an ego lol

It's a great day to see so many folks that are already charter members of the 25% club. Our next goal is to convince all the hot shot reviewers /cough who frequent youtube to correct their vids and show the mere mortals the best way to fill your KFL et all which have a fill port on the base. Lets get real! I can understand missing the feature and a full demo in your first vid but NO excuse not to create a second vid correcting it.

;)

For those that just MUST have a 10ML monster here is a great vendor that I have dealt with in Germany:

Kayfun Verdampfer von SvoeMesto - E-Zigarette Verdampfer von InTaste

Not sure about the quartz conversion but thanks for the tip. I can always "slum it" with my army of PT2s but that vape is a far cry from these RBAs.

So i watched rbosado's video and followed his build exactly. It works now. I still get some leakage from the airflow hole. It's a lot better than if was but still not great[\I]. With all the positive reviews I'm going to keep trying. I'm still using my agaT+ as the setup is perfect and has been for so long. It's my favorite atty by far, prefer it over all I've ever used. Maybe if i try someone's who has an absolute perfect setup my mind can be changed. In the meantime I'm still gonna keep using it and hope once the cotton gets broken in a little more it will outshine my aga.

The quartz conversion is a custom made GLASS tank for the kayfun/Russian RBA's. There are 2 different people/companies that make them (that I Know of) and at least one of them supposedly uses fused quartz, which is a type of glass, though some have said despite the name its actually borosilicate glass (pyrex). I actually just found out who makes these.... on this thread a few pages back.

I asked the guy on his facebook page (sciene of vaping's version) and he said they will fit the R91%. Each place offers two different versions, a standard size that uses your stock chimney, and a nano that comes with a super short chimney.

The Russian Big is weak. It aint got nothing on the Russian Ultra Gigantic. You need a mini nuclear reactor mod to power it though.

I'll be getting a crane ordered for the Ultra Gigantic soon. But in the meantime, I have guy wires on order to help support the Russian Big in the house if I'm lucky enough to get one. I figure I'll need a step ladder to be able to reach the mouthpiece. Hope I have enough strength to take a puff off that monster.....

Yeah I have. Double barrel coil. Its nice but once in a while I'd feel the flavor would be different n I'm thinking it might have been a wicking problem.

Do you use cotton or hemp? And is it hard to set up? Thinking about trying it now.

Haven't seen the Russian 91% on Euro or U.S. sites. Now that I think of it, I don't remember any of them saying "more coming"....just "out of stock". Don't know if that is significant of not. I probably didn't notice the sites that said more coming....lol.
I think one domestic site has the 91% in a polished version, but right now can't remember the site. Maybe Google will be your friend???
Hope you find one.... they are fantastic devices.
