Most of the reviews on YouTube and on forums are created by companies sending out free samples, or contests for people to do reviews. I wanted to stay away from that idea just for that reason. In a review, I want people to be truthful and non-biased in what they say.

I see this contest got a little derailed, but I'll throw an idea out there anyway. Calling this an "infomercial" got me thinking in terms of, well... infomercials! It might work to see the classic infomercial type loud talking pitch man behind a table highlighting all the wonderful improvements found in a Saber Touch. Then cut in some on-the-street trials by smokers and vapers.
Yup can do..don't know how many hours or days LOL..that's why i ran away from here..thinking wow to do a really good job would take more then one saber..what am I crazy lol
Everything is in editing and photoshop and how much time w/skill one puts into it is another thing. I have rights to some music that i can use in business. You might want to pm me if you want to take time to find a sound track that can be identified with your company. I know of a place that i'd recommend you to check out. It can take hours just searching for sound tracks at times.
I know you said.. you'd like to hear more Sir Lawrence you are a brave one! HAha
If it was the energizer bunny clip idea that bounced in .....not sure legally you'd want that one lol ....Cause one would have to snag the video or flash of energizer bunny and probably do some altering.... on something that is probably trademarked lol

I really think you should do what YOU want to do. You don't HAVE to give anything away for free, and yet you're generous enough to do it anyways. True, I can't make a video because a. I don't have a camera, and B. I'm way too shy lol... but writing up an ad with the truthful pros/cons is right up my alley. It just kind of saddens me that people are being picky when all you're trying to do is make them happy :/

I do understand the whole "of course they're gonna love it because it's a free thing and they're greatful", but if it's as great of a PV as it sounds, that shouldn't matter

Well it is his property and he should be able to feel free to do with it as he pleases. Sir Lawrence obviously likes to make people happy. That sure would make it any easier in business hehehe.
He made a great product ..one that includes everything one could possibly want in a well made safe pv.
Haha maybe he should make a star wars worthy contest (one where forces that can't be seen are at work!) hehe and to keep the hos happy lets explain this as a Boner contest for nnow hahaha.
That would mean...he just watches people in "his" threads..and keep a little scorecard on his desk. Make the contest last x amount of time.
People get a point from things like..just making him giggle..a bump at the right time...oh for whatever he wants!! It's Boner points hehe anything that make he say OH that was a good post and it also gives his company a bump on pages.
Also maybe you can get double boner points for starting your own thread featuring the saber depends on The ruler of this empire ya know.. if he rewards double..but you will have to post a link to that new post in one of his : )

I was in no way trying to down your contest or deter you from having it. My question was because of the part of the rules where you stated:
I was only asking if the resulting content would be portrayed as the commercials that they actually are. I didn't think it was such a horrible question.
I really hope that is referring to other people since this is the only thread where I made any remark about it.
Thyestean, this isn't referring to you. I just didn't want to make anyone take this contest in the wrong way. I wanted it to be fair and acceptable to everyone that reads the post. That is why I started a new contest.
