The Signal

So I just got done watching The Signal (2008)... not a zombie movie unless you subscribe to the whole notion of TV turning people into zombies but it does feature a guy talking to a decapitated head, tin foil hats, and an incomprehensible ending.... not to mention the lack of an explanation about how the condition started in the first place

So is this a lukewarm recommendation or a "stay the heck away" review? I mean the tin foil hats sound promising, but the incomprehensible ending doesn't. Does the decaptiated head at least talk back?
