The Smell

From what I am reading on here, there is sometimes a little odor to the vapor. I haven't gotten my e cigs in the mail yet, so I personally don't know, but I should get them today or tommorow. Can someone tell me, out of the ones that do have an odor, which flavors smell good/bad....if they are chocolate, does it smell like chocolate, if coffee, like coffee, etc? I know these are prob dumb newbie questions, but please forgive me lol

Are there certain flavors you had that others have complained about the odor?

Personally, I have never had anyone complain about an odor. I've had them tell me it smells good tho. I don't vape tobacco flavors tho, so can't comment about them. I stick to fruit and the occasional baked goods flavors.

Most I have tried have a slight smell like the flavor they are. IE my mom vapes cherry and her exhaled vapor smells like cherry I vape monster and it smells like monster.

My husband and son can smell my Atomic Fireball (double flavor) and my Watermelon Jolly Rancher (double flavor). My son loves the watermelon one. They both like the cinnamon. They can smell the tobacco ones, but say it does not smell anything like a cigarette. Keep in mind, this is when I say can you smell this one and they try really hard to smell it.

I used what they said to decide what flavor to "stealth vape" on the plane and other places like bathrooms. The ones I use smell like someone chewing gum if someone were to smell it.

i was smoking my menthol yesterday yesterday and today and both my hubby and a friend say there has been no smell that they notice... guess we will see when i start going for flavors.

My kids try to 'guess the flavor' - they love it- and hubby asked the other day "is that a candle I smell or your vape?" noone has whined about it yet.
OH wait, the kids do whine- cause I vape cinnibomb sometimes, they say it sucks cause I wont allow them to chew gum (I get tired of them sounding like a cow chewing her cud, and finding gum stuck to everything!) BUT, I am vaping big red gum! LOL

just makes me wanna do it more- ;-)

OOH and hubby DID ask me to please not vape waffles in bed anymore- he leaves at 2am, and drinks jello as his breakfast- he says its not fair for me to torture him like that...

Chocolate and coffee can be particularly strong, but nothing like cigarette smoke. Good luck with your purchase.

Yeah my kids also try to guess the vape flavour as well. Some they love and some they hate, but such is life...LOL

Hi LoveRidden, welcome to ECF. My robe does catch the ejuice scent, but I vape mostly fruity flavors, so it is not a bad scent. The heaviest I vape is in the morning with coffee, so I mainly notice it then.

they all have a pleasant smell in the opinion of everyone in my house. even the flavors i dont like to vape smell good when hubby vapes them and vice versa. the worst side affect of the smell is it makes others hungry. hubby has been forbidden from vaping maple waffle at work lol

Ive heard that clove smells quite a bit, and even vanilla, but have yet to try them.

Anything with maple flavoring will stand out. My daughter says it smells like pancakes in the house when I vape it.

Lol I get told I smell sinfully delicious to eat by my non-smoking friends vs dirty ashtray covered max fragrance, where nobody wanted to sit by me(coughing by me smoking)

They love my chocolate hazelnut coffee and my dreamy chocolate(chocolate, amaretto, pina colada, coconut)

25% coffee/75% coconut is my main vape and leaves no lingering smell. Baby Ruth does.
