That's a good spread my friend. I'm lucky enough to actually get to go to Steam Co. They are a 40 minute drive for me. Well worth it. Good juice.

Thanks! I'm honestly most excited about trying the Oa and the Pukana La!

Had to put the credit card back away - I think that's the most I've spent on a single order, and I have a REO Woodvil to buy next week! LOL

This place is so freaking good. I placed a semi big order. Got both the reserves and then some smaller bottles of other things. After the order came in went back and ordered the 30 ml in all of it. THe wife has already gone through 10 ml of Oa. We just got it in last week. Merlyns Bow is sooooo good. I am a big bannana fan and this is the best I have had so far. Like it better than Grandmaster. There was a small screw up on my first order. I get everything in 6 and my SCDP came in at 18. I called them and the promptly put the SCDP 6 in the mail to me the next day. Great service and talking to the owner was a pleasure. I will be back very very soon for more!

Well, got my order in today. Very happy with the fast shipping. Not so happy with the packaging, which was loosely wrapped in bubble wrap, and most of the bottles escaped the bubble wrap, and a few of them leaked all over the others. Since the bottles are black, I can't really tell which one(s) lost the most juice. Disappointing after spending nearly $90 on this order. Would have expected more attention to detail.

Also disappointed that there doesn't appear to be an e-mail address to contact them. The contact us page takes me directly to Gmail with no send to address populating.

I'll be back later with actual taste review.

I had a similar issue I reported back several pages back, they were quick to replace my entire order. Fear not.

Same happened with my last order. No response to email/pictures sent on 2/13. A little disappointed, but will still order from them.

In regards to the packaging, I have had the same experience as the two members above. I've ordered from The Steam Company twice so far and ordered one bottle of liquid each time. Both packages were sent with the bottle rolling around inside a small flat rate box and both times the bottle had leaked during shipping. The leakage was minimal and there was no damage otherwise but I thought it was strange that there was no additional packing material inside to keep the bottles in place.

I wasn't upset or anything which is why I haven't bothered to contact TSC about it but if these would have been larger orders I might have been a bit irritated.

The liquid is excellent but the good folks at The Steam Company should probably take a closer look at their packaging process.

Today I am vaping Sean Leprechauney and it is very good! I wish they would do 2 things though. Number one, steep it in an oak barrel to really simulate a fine bourbon, then second rename it to something that doesn't sound so cheesy.

Maybe the Old Irish Reserve?

This is on the verge of "oh wow gee amazing" if they do these two simple things!

Thank you - I'll e-mail them now!

Edit - this is what I sent:

Good evening! I hope that this e-mail finds you well.

I wanted to write to you regarding my order that I received today. It was very poorly packed, and several of my bottles leaked inside the box, making a very messy unpacking. Smelled good, but it wasn't something that made me concerned about placing future orders with you.

I found out about your company on ECF, and you are growing quite a fan base based on your complex flavors, which is what made me want to place my first order with you. However, you're also growing a negative reputation for your poor packaging.

My bottles looked like they were once inside some bubble wrap, but they weren't securely in there. If they leaked as much as they did in the winter, it concerns me about ordering from you in the summer months, where the fluid will get even thinner in transit in the heat.

And while it might seem a small thing, I always look at my pack slips to see if there's a handwritten "thank you for your order" - it means a lot to know that my business is valued.

The old saying - you only get one chance to make a first impression holds true. I spent a nice amount of money on this order, and was very disappointed in how carelessly it looked thrown together in the box. I want to know that my vendors care about me, and care about their product and their presentation of their juices to their customers when they receive them. I'm not saying boxes filled with glitter, etc - but packed with care. Juices not rolling around the box - put some filler in the box - even crumpled unprinted newspaper. Maybe consider sealing the caps of your bottles with shrink wrap, and a nice hand written thank you on the pack slips would go a long way in improving your first impression!

Respectfully,

Robin Abernethy
