Sean Lepreconnery and I are just not meant to be. I was in Boston last week and left most of a 30ml bottle in a restroom. This is of course after I lost my first one to my boyfriend. *sigh* I give up!
I bought OR an GR about a month ago. I was kind of "okay" it's alright, with the GR. The OR was definitely not hitting for me. So yesterday I was going through my steep shelf and the GR just smelled so good, I had to re-try it. Long story short. I have sucked down close to a kayfun Lite's worth in less than 2 days. Holy moly this stuff gets so much better when steeped. The toasted almond really comes through for me and the coconut has mellowed nicely. I may have to re-try the OR now, although it still smells a bit funny to me. With that 25% coupon I may just order more GR. I was thinking of getting some others to try. Was considering Moment 37 and maybe Tardis Blueberry. Anyone have other suggestions?

I still need to try this castle long. Ive been wanting too but I still have so much GR. I wish they offered a sample of it or a 15ml or something. You think they would now considering its not aged.....I think. And your welcome!

They do sell a sample... they sell a sample of all the mixology line for like $23.50 shipped free... 4ml of each flavor.

I've tried them at my local B&M, and bought Lucena and Castle Long... I've had the reserve and non reserve... both excellent. Talking about the barrel aged reserve is a mute point since they dont sell it anymore (for now anyway). But if you like TGR you'll like Castle Long. One thing for sure IMHO is Castle Long is stronger (more in your face flavor).....its just expensive at $27.50/30ml

I know I kill a 30 ml of GR in under 3 weeks lol may not be fast but for me it is, thats actually crazy fast for me. And I didnt know they did that! Thank you. I wish it didnt come with all those others though, none of them really sound appealing to me, except the key lime pie one I forget the name, fifth rank maybe? Not sure.

Reading about them is not the same as vaping them.... none were bad, but I was Limited to the stores antiquated testers with a couple drags from an ego tube... Getting the samples home and trying then at your house. your devices, your builds, and at your pace... well that changes everything.
Lucena which I bought, had I spent a little more time with it I may have realized its fairly mild in flavor. GOOD just mild. So who knows if I may have liked the others better under different circumstances.
I first bought Castle Long Reserve blindly at $37.50/30ml. Thought its a great juice, but not got $40 and a trip the other side of t0wn. At $27.50 delivered to my door, better..... but still on high side. If I could get it under $20 I would go nuts.
I'd get a new boyfriend. No significant other is worth a bottle of that sweet Irish cream and bourbon ambrosia.
I find the OR is a nice break between GR, it's great, but of the two GR is just the one for me.
If you're into fruity, try the Nae Nae, it's amazing.

General consensus from most seems to be the new Mixology line is merely "eh". Offering a compromised version of their CLR for less is no value in my mind.
The castle long is much better than GR. Lucena is the best out of the new line. I'm also a big fan of perpetual check.

You're right, I haven't tried the new Mixology line. I have had all of the original line which was very good, also about a dozen bottles of CLR. However it does not take a MENSA member to see the feedback from reviews here and elsewhere on the new Mixology line has been generally unimpressive.
Im surprised there new line isnt doing better, I dont hear much about it but what I do hear isnt great. I liked a few from there original line, not all of them, I will say that they do use some interesting flavors and make them sound mouth wateringly good. Is the castle long more on the coconut side? I heard it was. I would love if the GR had a tad more coconut taste but thats just me.

True, I guess you could say the same about any liquid really lol. But anyway, that castle long sounds like it would suite my needs.

I'm currently running three mixology flavors in three different attys. I wouldn't let anyone dissuade you at least from trying them out
Well I do want to try the castle long, and to sample that I would get the other mixology samples as well so its not all that bad. The perpetual check sounds amazing to me, If im thinking of the same flavor that is. The lime one, or maybe its fifth rank, im not sure sorry.

Lime one is fifth rank. Its slightly menthol which isn't for me, but its alright. The perpetual check is very complex yet subtle. Lucena is an amazing peach flavor. I don't even like fruit Vape and I like it better than the castle long
