It's been a while since I ordered TGR and was about to restock. I decided to check this thread before checking out... glad I did. Didn't know they were having consistency issues. Has anyone contacted them about this and gotten a response? I really want to place an order, but only if I'm going to get the TGR I've been vaping.

Odd. My bottle has a born on date of 5/1, and I'm not getting any kind of cheap rotgut flavor at all. Might be a taste subjectivity issue, perhaps a run of bottles somehow got contaminated....lots of potential causes. The consistency issue though...if that keeps popping up it's a definite concern. Once I move overseas I won't have the time, patience or funds to be able to tolerate uncertainty.

Thats what happened with me. I have a bunch of there 30ml bottles. 1 orchard, 2 beaumont, and 2 gentlemans, all full.

I'm on my 14th bottle of TGR, I've placed 5 large orders with them since I discovered them on page 1, this is the first time I've had an issue like this. I still have a bottle from before back when they put it in plastic and it's night and day the difference. Even the 12mg in glass I bought right before Beaumont dropped is still good. I don't even know what to say about it, it's awful. 4 bottles of TGR in 6mg all of the same 5/1 vintage, to me, unvapeable.

I think the flavor is still tolerable to good, but it seems like they really upped the pg ratio. I'm not getting much vapor out of this batch at all

Same here, even in my drippers I get about half the vapor production I usually get.

I recently received 4 30 ml bottles of TGR and one of the Beaumont. The Beaumont was very weak on flavor, I suppose i have to drip which is a pita for me.

Haven't tried the TGR yet since i still have some from before, but you guys are really scaring me !

Has anyone contacted them about this issue? It seems several people have experienced it (focused around the 5/1 batch?), thus giving it credibility and suggesting a production error.

I let mine sit for a couple more weeks and it definitely seems to have improved in both flavor and vapor production. Looks like there is still hope!

My bottles of TGR just showed up. 6mg nicotine, brewed date of 5/12. The smell is quite different from my last order of TGR. This batch smells like peanuts with a burnt sugar background. It reminds me of French Burnt Peanuts candies. Not impressed. Even the color is different. Darker with a hint of red in it? Not even going to try vaping this stuff until it steeps a while. I will be contacting The Steam Co. about this.

Thats the other flavor I tasted in mine, that burnt sugar or burnt brown sugar taste. Wasnt a fan myself. Good luck with contacting them, let us know how it turns out.

Just got a response from Ronnie at The Steam Company. She said she is vaping it and it tastes the same to her. She is sending out replacements. Good customer service. We will see if these are different but I am fearful.

Well, that's the last I've heard from Ronnie (or anyone at The Steam Co.). No replacement juice, no email. Sad to say TGR is no longer in my regular rotation. They had a good thing, why would they ruin it?

Ive actually stopped vaping GR all together to be honest. I will not blame the juice though, I believe I just burnt myself out on it, too much of a good thing I guess lol. I have been enjoying beaumont a lot lately which is surprising, I didnt like it when I first got it.
