If it's any consolation, I had the same thing happen to me a couple weeks ago with an order from a different vendor.
The tracking said it was "Undeliverable as Addressed". I contacted the vendor to confirm that the package was properly addressed and it was.
Two days later it landed in my mailbox and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the address label. It wasn't torn or otherwise illegible and the address was correct. To this day I don't know what the problem was.
This crap happens far more then I'd like to admit with usps putting my packages on the wrong vehicles. It'll be at the post office in my area one minute then Florida, Jersey or Mass the next.... -_-

Oh man, sorry to hear that, that really sucks.
FWIW I don't think the reserves need steeping; there wasn't much change in mine after a couple of 30 minute cycles in the UC, so I put it back in the original bottle and am vaping happily away. I don't think I'll steep the second bottle that just arrived either. But, if you find that steeping does improve them I'll pop it back in.
Its weird because they messed up my last shipment from them as well. Had to drive 35 minutes from my work to pick it up. As long as it shows its not a big deal to me as I still have at least 20 ml of both reserves. My brother was looking forward to them.
I'm sure with time at least the juices would darken. I have a bunch more five pawns coming my way so I'll have a ton of good juice on hand.

Alright! I ordered my GR on 1-29. It shipped on 1-30. I received on 2-1. Very quick turn around time. I immediately shook the bottle thoroughly and places it in a cup of hot water for 45 min to get the winter chill out.
I vaped in my usual set up (2 ohm HH357 atty at 9.5 watts). I gotta say, I am very impressed. This liquid is very good on its own merit. Yes it does closely resemble Castle Long Reserve. Having said that, it has some differences. It does not have that same "toasted coconut" flavor. It is very tasty, though different. Additionally, for being steeped in oak barrels, it doesn't have that "wood Flavor". I am very impressed with this liquid and will be adding it to my list of all day vapes.
One disappointment: Our industry has developed enough that IMO, every bottle should be printed and not hand written. Additionally it is nice to see batch numbers on all bottles, something the Steam Company does not do (at least on the two bottles I received). It is possible they can track their batches by the brew date on the bottle, though, I'm not certain.

The brew date and nicotine level came off my bottle pretty quickly just from getting juice on it; I'll write it back on there for my own reference, but I agree they should use something more durable at the very least.
GR has definitely been added to my permanent rotation. I haven't touched my bottle of Castle Long since it arrived and I'm torn now about whether I should finish it or save it for... something. I don't know what though.
I just received my bottle of The Gentleman's Reserve about an hour ago. I've never tried Castle Long Reserve but if these two are similar then I won't be in such a hurry to do so. The GR is plenty good enough for me.
I've only had about 15 puffs so far but I'm really glad I took a chance on this liquid. It's delicious! I'm vaping in a SmokTech Aro Pyrex (2.4 ohm) on an MVP2 and as far as I can tell at this point, 3.8 volts is my sweet spot for this one. It's pretty good at 4.0 volts too but it's missing something at 4.2 volts and above.
I'm not detecting a wood or oak flavor either but that's ok because the flavors that I am getting are very pleasant. Mostly a mild coconut taste with some other stuff going on that I haven't quite pinpointed yet. I will be ordering more of this. No doubt about it.
I'm a fan of Five Pawns but as far as I'm concerned Castle Long can wait until I get around to it. This Gentleman's Reserve will keep me happy for quite some time.

I'm sub-ohming GR in my aqua, dual coil at .8 on my caravela. This stuff definitely rocks.
Second shipment arrived today and I got to taste the King George that my brother ordered. Don't really taste the chocolate but I'm digging the chill tobacco flavor. I have confidence in their juices now as their base ingredients seem to be very good.

If you have the chance, give Absolute Pin a try anyway. I don't really notice the absinthe and overall it's really amazing.
I finally tried my sample of the Absolute Pin, I get a very notable absinthe flavor out of it. Not what I would call strong at all but it was obvious to me. I got it as part to the sample pack so no big loss. For me, not something I would vape and it messed up my rba. Took some serious cleaning to get the absinthe flavor out. I was hoping it was much milder.
Mine came wrapped in bubble wrap in a box so big I was really hoping I got the 30ml upgrade like msgnyc did! Alas it was just the 10ml I ordered. All I have at the moment to do my tasting on is a protank with a fresh 2.2ohm coil. (will have to get that coil built for the IGO-W soon-it will be my first build). I experimented with various settings on the MVP and find that the sweet spot for me on this juice is at a 7 or 7.5 watt setting, even at 8 watts it's good, which is interesting since everything else tends to taste a little burnt to me at that level.
So, I've enjoyed quite a few long puffs here, trying hard to be objective since I know I've been really expecting good things from this juice so I didn't want that to cloud my judgment. *puff puff puff* I get a smooth full bodied natural vanilla bean, a toasted almond with a smokey earthy oaky note followed by a bourbon taste on my tongue, and a toasted almond exhale, almost seems like it has a touch of tobacco but I guess that's just the rich oaky sort of earthy flavor playing tricks on me, many more puffs later to my disappointment I do not detect the promised coconut note but that's minor, I can't seem to put this down, it's just really really good! It has a rich smooth complex flavor, it makes me feel like I should be sitting in a darkly lit study in an over-sized chair contemplating shelves of hefty books with a frosty mug of Guinness or a tumbler of brandy on a glossy polished desk in front of me (or a nice cup of tea), I think this would go great with any of those things. It would be a good thing to vape during a poker game.
I haven't had the famed Castle Long that this is most likely modeled after so the closest thing I can compare it to would be High Five from GoodLife Vapor ("natural oak tobacco, vanilla and bourbon"). Compared to that I'd say the High Five has an overall "brighter" flavor, a more pronounced, sweeter vanilla, and similar oaky and bourbon notes but much less earthy or dark, deep, less toasty, less complex, than this and lacking the almond or coconut (but then I don't think my High Five is done steeping so it might get a bit earthier with time-but with that said I love the High Five as well).
I love this and just ordered two 30ml (since I'm afraid it might become unavailable for a while) along with the Blue Lagoon that I've been wanting to try. This is really a good vape also to fulfill that cig urge since it has such a deep toasty flavor. Also, I had someone else try it and he said right away (without telling him the flavor description) that he tasted vanilla, and a hint of coconut, so maybe it's just me that isn't getting the coconut here, boohoo! He liked it also. I might just find a toasted coconut and add a bit to it.

I've tried both flavors I received, GR and Orchard. GR is so heavy with nutty/coconut and Orchard tastes somewhat muddled to me. I'm going to let them both sit for another week and try them again.
i seem to be the only one who doesn't get coconut, and the only one who wants it, so sad!

I go through far less liquid since I switched to using rdas over clearos and rbas. Tho I still use my kayfun and pulse when I go out. I just find I go thru far more liquid when using them over my drippers since its readily there in the tanks to vape away. XD

On my Aqua and kayfun, the coconut gets more subtle after each vape and just adds a sweetness to the overall flavor, but not overly so. I've been GR for a few days now.
I also get a much better flavor out of my Taifun and kayfun than my trident v2. I only use that thing for vape meets
