How is the Ry4(or any of the other tobacco flavors) mixed. is the 0nic the original strength and when you add the nic it dilutes it or do you use a very high (say 300mg) nic to make 36mg.
I'm trying to find out if the 0nic has a stronger flavor than the 24-36mg. So as to add my own nic?
