Tear the filter on the carto out, dry burn, and drip on the coil.

That scares me a little bit.. But to be honest I think the whole thing is dead.. I've been using that carto for almost a month with regular paper clip cleanings and such.. It's ok, worst case scenario I can just bust out my old school 901s with the atty and tank combo (ugh, did I actually just say that?) and vape on those until my mail gets here :p

I've always been afraid of running out of something so I stay well stocked on everything I need. What I carry with me is almost embarrassing but I always want to be prepared. The things I carry are in 3 smallish cases that fit into a small leather bag that I carry with me to work and what have you. It's paid off big time more than a few times. My sister is in the hospital quite a bit so I was prepared for those times. She vapes too but is not organized, prepared or totally committed when it comes to vaping. (She still smokes too so she just falls back on the stinkies if anything goes wrong). So I'm prepared to get her through her hospital stays. Well one day last month I ended up in the hospital. I went in straight from work, was admitted and had a 3 day stay. I am proud to say that I didn't have to ask my husband to bring me anything vaping related from home. I was totally prepared and didn't have to worry about anything which made enduring my hospital stay much more comfortable. Here is what I have with me at all times.

ProVari with a 3.5 ml tank. 2 new punched cartos to fit that tank and 6 charged batteries for the ProVari.
BuzzPro with an M1A1 tank. 2 punched Fusion cartos for that tank and 4 charged batteries for the Buzz Pro
30 to 60 mls of juice. ( 2 30 ml bottles of two of my favorites juices)
3 6 ml bottles of tobacco juices.
A 10 ml bottle of WTA juice (for "crisis mode" vaping)
A Slap Yo Mama tank fill tool.

Like I said, I carry it all neatly organized in a small leather purse-like bag. I can find anything I need easily and I feel better knowing that I can survive several days with what I have in that bag. I bought two eRoll kits over the holidays and have added this to my bag as well.
2 eRoll kits (with pccs) With 4 filled cartrides for each kit. (I don't carry the charging cords for the PCC cases though. They will charge an eRoll battery several times before it needs to be charged).

My motto is: "Have back up gear and then have back ups for your back ups". I also like to be prepared to have something for people who are interested in or curious about vaping. The eRoll is great for that. I forgot to add that I carry alcohol swabs with me too to use before and after some one uses any of my gear.

It can take a while to get to the point where you are comfortable with what you feel you need to have with you. I hope your cartos get to you tomorrow. It's nice that you have a B & M store close by too.

Well my biggest problem was that we spent most of our resources on our trip to Cali for the holidays.. We haven't gotten to the stock up part yet because we're also saving for our wedding which is in only two months but I ordered 4 vivi novas (two for each of us) plus we have 3 tanks each already.. With the novas we ordered a 5 pack of the replacement wicks and I told my fiance that on the 1st I plan to order a couple boxes of cartos just to have as backups for this situation..

The good news here though is he still had 3 unused cartos when he got home last night so I have a nice fresh one I'm using now until the mail gets here (which I must add is a life saver because the CE4 I was using last night starting tasting burnt and I was really stressing LOL)

I hope you end up having a better experience with the Novas than I did. I started out using a carto tank and bought one just to try out because Id heard so many good things about them. Glad I still had 30 cartos and my tanks around because they made my juices taste horrible. Almost zero flavor in comparison to my carto tanks. Not trying to stress you more, I'd just recommend getting the cartos sooner rather than later in case you have the same experience.

...what do you do?

Rebuildable atomizers and DIY Juice :)

A Whopping $7.00 a month (and vaping every waking moment) and never worry again :)

The most difficult thing is getting over the fear of the unknown.

Plus I still have all the gear and pre-made juice that I bought when I was worried about figuring out the technical stuff and just living "safe".

constant state of confusion
I am also a collector so I should never have that problem but I do keep at least 2 brand new attys on hand just in case the worst happens. I am not a dripper so I know that if I have an issue with my other delivery systems, I have those attys to tide me over until something else comes in.

In the last 6 months to a year, I have had to get rid of a lot of juice that my lungs won't tolerate any more. But for some reason I couldn't make myself get rid of them all. And while I do have some juice from my favorite vendors right now, it is getting low so I pulled out some of that juice I didn't get rid of and have been vaping it along with my "good" juice. I just have to put up with the wheezing for a bit. I have a tiny order from my fav vendor on it's way. My fiance did order some Mr. E juice that is being sent to me and 2 dear friends are sending me a care package (Thank you BSP and Mike from Rawr) So I will make it while I slowly build back up my reserves of juice my lungs tolerate.

This is a great community. There are always those willing to lend you a helping hand. I have always known that, sometimes I just have to open my mouth and admit I need help, which is not something I like to do.
