Last spring I had a green Volt 78mm battery and a carto in my shirt pocket while I was mowing the grass. When I was completely finished, I realized it was gone. I spent close to an hour searching for it. I was looking really closely in the grass, because I figured a little green battery would be hard to see.

I was about to give up when it occurred to me to look in the trash can. There it was, sitting right on top. Apparently, I raked it up with the dead grass and threw it in the trash.

I did leave my provari sitting on my truck for quite a while at the gun range one extremely busy Saturday. I freaked out when I couldn't find it and then it dawned on where I left it. Luckily it was still there and I understand why, between the crowd being locals who are good people for the most part and people keeping their hands off of things that don't belong to them at the shooting range.

It has been my experience that folks who go to shooting ranges in "free states" like GA (or VA or NC, etc) are some of the most honest and honorable people you'll ever meet. I've left my car keys, sports cups, thermoses, coolers, hats and even cleaning kits sitting on top of my vehicle at ranges over the years, and NEVER had something "go missing".

On the other hand, I have had my wallet stolen by a pickpocket in Washington DC, my bike stolen off my car's bike rack (it was even locked on with a cable) in MD, and my hotel room robbed in DC.

There certainly is something to the old saying "an armed society is a polite society", at least in my experience...

Just sayin...

Okay lol I got out of the car and I had some things to carry in to work so I stuck my PV inside the back of my pants, I didn't have pockets see?
Well, I got into my office and put everything down, went over and made a pot of coffee and was gonna sit and have a vape, I went all through my purse and couldn't find my PV. I went back downstairs and searched my car and all over the ground around my car. I was panicked and didn't know where the stupid thing was. I was about to get my spare out of my purse, I bent over to get my purse out of the drawer and someone behind me asked me if that was a gun in my pants or if I was just happy to see them. (rolling eyes) I told them it was lucky it wasn't a gun cause I would have used it on them for that stupid comment.

For weeks I had ink pens going MIA, like 6 or 8 of them. Think of a pack rat, I've got a pack cat. Picks them up in her mouth and takes them into the kitchen to slide around on the hard floor, and they end up under the stove. Took me a while to figure that one out.

Hiding things in the closet is a bad idea, at least 100 places to look, pockets, under folded items, back of top shelf, etc.

I lose mine every single day in the bed anymore. I work third shift 4 nights a week, so my wife isn't up to come along behind me and put it on the nightstand. I fall asleep with it in my hand and then when I wake up I have to dig around cats, covers, sheets, and body parts to find it. I'm scared to death I'm gonna bend it or break one of my kangers that way. :T

Last week, I lost one of my spinners. Looked everywhere for it. In drawers, cabinets, the couch, under the couch and even in the refrigerator. I had a senior moment when 30 min into all of this, I realized that I kept putting it in my back pocket when it was in my way to open some boxes I had packed up for storage. And then taking it OUT of the pocket when I was sitting down.

I've had the BEST idea...

You know those beer can hats? Where you have a straw and you suck on it? That needs to be made for PVs! better yet, two straws, one for beer, one for nicotine!x

This would be great!

... until you grab the wrong straw and try to inhale beer. :O lol

I lost my PV in the couch the other night. I was laying on the couch on my belly with my laptop and placed my PV under my chest. The PV fell between the cushions and worked its way to the back of the couch. I know I was in trouble when I heard a ca-thunk sound. It had fallen down IN the couch. I had to turn up the couch and get under it and cut the liner under the couch to retrieve my PV. At least I know where it went.

lol this is why I have 5 mods simply for the fact that I lose stuff on a regular basis

my zmax and evic are not getting lost .. but my ego's get moved around too much and end up in pretty odd places (one almost went through the wash the other day, thank god I checked my pockets again!)

My newest investment is going to be a mod stand pretty soon so this doesn't happen anymore

I lost my ego-t recently, couldn't find it for days. I'm new to vaping so that left me with just one battery. So I found a twist online for only 25$ so I ordered it. Before it came in the mail I found the "lost" battery on the highest level of my cats pole/tree, I felt like such a dummy but I love the twist!

That's gonna need some more explaining! How on earth did it get there?!x
