The Throat Hit Inventory Thread

Hello,

I am always looking for a good throat hit. I know there are many factors at play - PV, Nicotine, PG verus VG, Flavoring, Cartos, etc. The purpose of this thread is to list your combination of eliquid and carto that give you the best throat hit on a small PV. Please list your PV, eliquid brand and flavor, nicotine level, PG/VG percentage, etc. Perhaps this will be a good reference for those us blowing all kinds of cash on eliquids and cartos in search for the good throat hit.

I suspect for you folks with EGOs, etc (PV's with thump) this may not be as much as an issue but might be important for those who want to use small cig 808 and 501 style for daily vaping. I use a Volt with cartos and my experience has been all over the place. If this thread is ......ed it will just die in the forum and that is ok

ThroatHit: None with SI carto, Strong with generic 808 cart (I have no idea why, same olms, both horizontal)

Juice: Elite Vaporworks - Grape, Watermelon, 24 mg, 80PG/20VG
Carto: EV pre-filled
Throat-Hit: Weak!

Juice: Elite Vaporworks - Cinnamon 24 mg, 80PG/20VG
Carto: EV pre-filled
Throat-Hit: Moderate!

I'm not going to be much help because all I have been using is a 510 bat, 2 ohm LR boge cartos, and a menthol/mint mix of 50/50. My throat hit is moderate and I added 1 ml of 190 to my 30 ml of 24 mg juice.

I am looking forward to what everyone else has to say, though.

Oh, and my liquid is premixed by a local retailer.

I get a great TH with just a 510 Tank system from Totally Wicked and some of their Ice Menthol juice....but then again, I vape 36mg's. Insane!!!!

I also used an E-go 650maH pass-thru with the same carts and atty's I mentioned above. The hit and vape are so good it's stupid!

Throat hit is 90% nicotine strength and warmth of the vapor which comes with higher voltage PV's such as 5 volt or VV. Lower resistence cartos/attys also help. Anything else is just minor in the overall equation.
