The true measure of customer service....

I received an order today that was missing an item, I posted on their ticket system and 21 minutes later they had the missing part on it's way to me. To me, the true measure of customer service is how well you deal with problems which will pop up, we all make mistakes. I will absolutely be keeping them on my list of primary vendors!
