Because I have small hands, I find it easier to cup the SD with the button in my palm and my fingers around the indentation where the battery houseing meets the atomizer connector. Pulling down presses the button. Using it this way really is ergonomic as the indentation is exactly where my fingers naturally land.

I use the pinky method as well, depending upon the looks I am getting from passers by.

LOL at the last graph -- but I'd have to say "me too" -- both hand and pinky method.

And, at the risk of sounding like a fanboy/girl, I'd say Trog provides excellent repair service, wherever you live.
