Poof! Wish granted. A horrible accident leaves your head severely disfigured. Your mouth is pretty much unusable for eating and pretty much anything else. You get all your nutritional requirements through your, um, other end. It wouldn't be quite so bad if your stupid nurse would not serve your morning coffee enema so damn piping hot! Ouch! Plus, she uses way too much sugar for your taste.
