Some of you guys might of seen this charger but man... This is worth getting, no more random chargers plugged in everywhere!!

This thing is sick... I actually used the old chargers and tucked them away neatly in my vape carrying case so when Im out I have
all my chargers and I can leave this bad boy at home..

I don't know about this one but some chargers have a separate circuit for each bay and you can mix batteries

Even if they don't it is ok. It is called parallel charging I have been doing it with my RC lipoly batteries for a few years now. There are a few guidelines you need to follow like they should be of similar discharge state and same voltage but can be of different capacities.

when do you really need to charge different sets of battery's at the same time... Ill just stick to using the same ones when charging just in case

A lot of things can be done. I wouldn't.

All the time I do. My wife uses 18650 and I use 18490. If we are talking about safety then we all know that you shouldn't charge lithium batteries unattended so we can't charge them overnight. This leaves them needed to be charged at the same time.

Also when I go flying typically I take at least 2 different planes/heli's and they use different batteries. Just one example is one uses 6s 5000 mah packs and the other uses 6s 2200 packs. I have 4 of each and need to charge them. If I tried to charge them one at a time it would take a long time. What I do is charge all of the at the same time with a high capacity charger Revolectrix.

Since they are all the same voltage 6s which is a nominal 22.2v fully charged 25.2v it is safe to do. You can't charge a 6s and a 3s or a 3s and 4s it has to be same cell count. Even if they are not the exact same state of discharge as long as they are close it is ok they will self balance. Since lithium batteries charge by CC/CV all batteries being charged are the same state of charge at the same voltage meaning even though they may be different capacity the smaller capacity battery can't be over charged. E-cig users are new to lithium tech and don't understand it as well as we do in the rc hobby. We do this with battery packs that cost 250 bucks each so the last thing we want to do is ruin one.

i have that charger...it is SUPPOSED to be 4 independent 500ma charging circuits...I have charged 18650s, 14650s and 14500 alone and together...it has worked flawlessly so far, for me...would highly recommend..........

Just to be clear I wasn't referring to this charger. With independent circuits there should be no problem.

I've had the TrustFire TR003 charger for about a week now.

Seems to work pretty well with protected 18350's, but the AW IMR 18350's are almost too short for it. Sometimes it doesn't charge them, even tho the LED turns red. And sometimes it charges, but doesn't shut off or go green.

I should have ordered a couple of spacers with it for the IMR's.

NON independent it wouldn't be a problem either. Just because you don't understand parallel charging doesn't mean it is not ok. Don't spread misinformation
Right on I don't understand it so I don't do it. Even from your post I get the impression that some knowledge is required.
That doesn't mean it can't be done but other people say not to do it. I don't feel like doing the research to find out for myself and it easy to be conservative when it comes to the possibility of burning my house down.
