In the meantime, are we able to order the 120ml bottles by other means? (Been running low the past two weeks - trying to hold off ordering for the big bottles...)

I was speaking to a customer earlier this morning on the topic and felt I should probably mention it here. Our purchase order for the 19th will include 100% VG options for our tobacco flavors. I'm not sure yet whether or not it will be available for all tobacco options, mainly because not all are as popular as others, but the option will be there.
We've placed another batch order for cartomizers and are hoping it'll make it here safely by the end of this week or beginning of next week.
The new model sample is expected this week. The Youtube video will be made the day of arrival and will be posted here in our subforum.

120ml bottle may be ordered by phone-in order only. There shouldn't be a leadtime implemented for 120ml bottles unless we start receiving massive orders.

Will the 125 ml also be available in VG when they are available? Is RY4 considered one of the tobaccos?
Had to delay the new model. Had some problems with charging. We think we've got it worked out and I'll receive the sample next week. I'm really sorry about the consistent delays.
Any idea on when the VG flavors will be available? I am dying for a good tobacco vape after the pg monster got me!
I was just about to purchase some cartos with a new order of juices, and when I looked at the accessories that cartos are no where to be found. DO you still have cartos in stock?
The website has been down all day. No clue what's going on, but it's a problem on Godaddy's side and not ours. Unfortunately, until the issue is resolved my hands are tied. I can't access the order database and have no means of arranging anything except for the orders that are already scheduled.
I'm really sorry if anyone is inconvenienced by this, and I assure you we'll do what we can to get this stuff out asap. If it can't go out today because of this, we'll come in on Saturday and knock them out.

We're going to be closed for business tomorrow. I have quite a few things I have to do in preparation for the move and, unfortunately, these things have to be taken care of during business hours during the work week.
We will be implementing an exciting new system to the website. I'm not going to delve into any of the details juuuust yet, but it's a fairly new and uncommon concept and I think it's a very powerful tool as it really does greatly empower the customer.
We are also considering adding a plastic dropper bottle option. (This one is probably going to happen)

As many of you know through emails, our family farmhouse flooded this past weekend. I went out for the entirety of the weekend, but the house is still in need of a lot of work (we rent the house out and my parents and siblings aren't able to get out there right away). I'm going to be heading out there in about 15 minutes and won't be back until late Thursday or early Friday. I'm really sorry about this, and I know it's really inconvenient, but the house has been in the family for 75 years and if it's going to remain inhabitable, some things have to be done immediately.
I gave both of the guys the next two days off, BUT there will be someone here doing paperwork/finances who has stated they would would happily help out in the event anyone has an emergency order. Please email me directly if you need something shipped out at eric@vaporstation.com OR call my cell phone at 469-774-0612. If I don't pick up, I will definitely call you back.

Update 5/8/11: This sucks. The damage is worse than initially expected. We're taking care of it, though.
