When do you plan on listing the new flavors? I'm waiting to place an order but really want to try the Tiramisu. :)

What she said. I'll vape anything she likes. The Rosewater sample from Lorikay was wonderful and I'm ready to order a bottle, and your famed Sumatra, but if the Tiramisu will be available shortly, I'd rather wait. What is the ETA on Tiramusu?

And how is this improved Chocolate flavor? I've never tasted a chocolate I really loved. But I'm looking for one...

Alright folks, some unfortunate news. I ran out of ink last minute today and wasn't able to print off shipping labels for around 26 orders. Unforunately, I wasn't able to get ink in time to get those orders out as the end of the day was already nearing. However, I will get the orders out this evening and they will be shipped out first thing in the morning.

All orders placed between now and Thursday will be shipped on Friday morning.

Prizes for the 6/20/10 contest winners will ship out tomorrow. Sorry it's taken so long, we've just been swamped.

All sampler packs placed this weekend will ship out tomorrow and Thursday in the order they were received.

We will be having a 4th of July sale on Sunday.
10ml bottles = $4.50

Just giving everyone a heads up:

July 8-16 I will be taking a much needed vacation to the southern Texas coast before it's completely destroyed. My girlfriend will take over in my absence, but will only knock out the smaller liquid-only orders. I will still be answering customer calls so if there are any emergencies we will definitely take care of you.

I feel obligated to make a formal apology to the PIF program members.

It was never my intention to take advantage of the group's altruism, and I am absolutely sincere when I say that I was only trying to help the gentleman out without debasing our company policy. I am truly, truly sorry. My intentions were completely noble and were only misconstrued as indignant. It will not happen again.

I've discussed new policy with Chuck and am waiting on word from Jordan. Right now we are working on new protocol that will allow for reasonable compensation for liquid tainted by extreme exposure to heat during transit for "Insured" orders.* The plan shouldn't have any effect on pricing unless it becomes a frequent occurrence, and will only apply to domestic orders. We will ask any liquids considered "overheated" be returned at the customers expense wherein we will compare it to a Control. If all checks out and the Control and sample match, we will ship the liquids back at our expense via First Class Mail within 1-2 business days. If the Control and sample do not match, we will replace the liquids and ship them back at our expense via First Class Mail within 1-2 business days. This new protocol will only apply within the summer months. If a customer did not purchase order insurance, we will still follow the same protocol, but all incoming/outgoing shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.

We will also be soon adding additional shipping method options to the website.

I am going to return from my vacation earlier than planned and should be back in town tomorrow afternoon.

*Insured orders are those which added the "Insurance" option before checkout.

Any comments, ideas, suggestions, complaints are appreciated.

I am a member of PIF and read the thread. I never got the impression that you were suggesting dumping bad juice on an unsuspecting fellow member of the group.

You went out of your way to help the gentleman (and I use the term loosely;)) in his predicament.

The apology is noble but, in my case at least, not required.

I've also got 510 cartomizers in stock. Both regular and LR.

I'm offering the cartomizers for really cheap. I only bought a limited amount to see how well they'd sell. It's the best price I've seen, personally, and I'm slowly becoming a fan of them myself.

I did receive the samples for the new models this week, but they were all sorts of buggy. They had mentioned the bugs before I received them and told me the problems were already fixed. More samples are going to be heading my way asap. No changes yet for release date as I had anticipated some initial problems to be on the safe side.

A few changes for the new model:

--Instead of the massive cartridge chambers which didn't work as planned, we will be implementing a system that actually allows you to replace atomizers. Initially, the unit will only accept 510 atomizers. Cartridges will be standard 510 cartridges.

When we release the auto feed cartridge, the model will be adjusted accordingly.
