Ordered a The Quasar Atomizer by Cosmic Innovations (Finish Colors: Black) with SKU: TQABCI-BLACK-92047F37.

It was shipped to me roughly in the middle of June 2014.
As I do not stay in the US, I had to ship it over to where I am from.
I tried contacting them twice through there website ticket system at shop.vapesourcela.com but got not response, so I dropped them a facebook message.


This was the facebook message which I sent on July 23 2014:
i emailed you guys last week but have yet to get a reply.
i ordered a black quasar with a Cap It All CIA G3 Wide Bore Drip Tip, however the quasar i received was copper and the drip tip was not shipped with it.
as i stay overseas, it will be too expensive for me to ship it back unless the cost is covered.
and i do not want the drip tip any more so could i please get a refund for it?

Hey Errol. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, from our side your order appears to have been fulfilled correctly. Our inventory count for our Quasar's matches up for which color Quasar that we sent out to you. Also, we only had 1 copper Quasar available online, and that cooper one was purchased and sent out before you made your order. Our inventory count for our Cap It All G3 drip tips also matches up. We don't have any more in stock and our last one was actually sent out to you!


I see that your shipping address was originally sent to Portland, Oregon. Is it possible that whoever it was originally shipped to in Portland might have either lost the drip tip or kept the drip tip?


The second message sent by me also on July 24 2014:
No as it was a forwarder which i have used many times before, i doubt they took it or lost it. And that was what i said about the quasar, i ordered the black and received the copper. So i guess there was a mistake then since you said that the copper was sent to me?



I later realized that I did receive the drip tip as I was confused with another 2 which I had ordered so that can be ignored.
They unintentionally admitted they were wrong by saying that they only had 1 copper which was sold before I had placed my order. This was either a lie or they regularly make mistakes in their deliveries/stock taking.
I messaged them again asking if there were any updates but have not received a reply since then.
Prior to this issue, I had messaged them twice on facebook and received replies within 24 hours.
To see if they were ignoring my messages or for whatever reason have yet to see my messages, I used a friend's facebook account and messaged them twice on a product inquiry and also received replies within 24 hours.
So I am assuming they are ignoring my messages.

I really doubt I will get any compensation for this error and I couldn't be bothered about it anymore so I got rid of it.
Making a mistake is fine and even not giving compensation is okay, but blatantly lying and ignoring their mistake is ridiculous.
Please be careful when ordering from them.

Also, although this is nothing wrong on their part, but I found cheaper alternatives after I had placed an order but was unable to cancel them. I think they do not offer free delivery as I had spent $155 but had to pay an additional $8.50 for shipping.
Again, these charges are up to whether the customer wants to pay and there is nothing wrong with it.
Just letting everyone know that there are cheaper alternatives.
