The venture is an adapter to tighten the draw on the Vmod. It's an accessory that's coming out from Vapage. Jeeeze.....to I gotta teach you guys everything?

Are you positive it's called the venture? I do believe I read something about a vinturi just as taz said. A vinturi is an aerator for wine. I'm not sure this mod needs an aerator. I'm prolly worng on the concept.

the venturi is a replacement part for the silo and the hybrids. the center post pulls out (carefully) and is replaced with a new one that has a smaller hole, which equals tighter draw.
Ahhh, ok. I've had it for what, 4 hours and now I have to change the center post??? LOL!

You literally made me burst out laughing at the nasty talking reo. My dogs woke and think I'm nuts I've actually put mine up.
So once you can pry yourself away from the Vmod, try the atty on the reo and report back. I'm interested in your take.

I've had the attys for a couple of weeks, taz. Lower your nic, lovie dove. I did try them on the Reo, and much like you, it is NOT the same. The attys are great on the Vmod but something is getting lost in the translation on the Mini. I went back to 306s on the Mini.

The VMod is my our very first juice fed mod, both my wife and I are loving it. We both vape at 5+ but this thing hits better than any other 3.7 device we own. The Vapor production is amazing, it is a little power house. Two thumbs up from the Central Coast
I need to edit some of my statements. I made a comment in one of the other 1700 Hybrid atty threads that I have a BF that I cleaned, and I have one that I have not cleaned. I've seen so many comments where people have said they didn't clean them yet that I started feeling guilty that I had cleaned mine.
However, that being said, the UNclean one is functioning a whole lot better than the cleaned one, even on the Mini.
Would love to hear from Vapage and/or COV on this. It could all be my imagination tho.
Or not. It could be what AG has been saying since the beginning and that is that these attys just take a whole lotta juice and time to break in. So cleaning one would bring it back to square one and it needs break in time again.
Just some rambling thoughts.

No, what I mean is vape the Vmod for a day or so exclusively and then try it on any other device. I think you will really see a vast, enormous, incredible difference. Meh!

So lucky this is your first BF. It's my 10th. By far and away the best vape paired with the vapage hybrid atty.

I will attempt that, taz, but it is difficult for me to vape on one mod exclusively, as I chain vape. They do heat up, ya know! I will put the Mini aside for tomorrow and go back to it on Saturday and try your experiment. I will use the same (uncleaned, new) atty on both. And when in need to let the Vmod cool down, I promise to use my good ol' Riva!

I think cleaning has a lot to do with vaping habits and ingredients of the juice. I was vaping a real dark capp and the draw got stiff. It's in the "to clean" bowl. The one I cleaned came back really fast. Maybe 10-15 minutes. I only use hot water from my electric kettle. Hanna says not to use water but I have no booze in the house right now. And it wouldn't be rot gut vodka
I think of seasoning these like a cast iron skillet. I doubt we take all the seasoning away in the cleaning process. I could be wrong too!

I truly do wish someone on this thread that has been using the Vmod for a while would do a full review of the mod, I knwo someone said Grimmgreen was doing one at some point, but that is just one persons view and opinion on this mod. Some folks will have issues with it and that is it. they may not like it because a piece is messed up and they go on to trash the device as a piece of crap, or heck they could just not be a fan of it period I think that another persons view could be totaly different. I for example ordered a Vmod and when I got it there was an issue with the chassis, so I contacted the company and they are (or have) shipped me a new one already I am hoping to have the replacement one tomorrow. I could have been a butthole and said screw it this sucks, but I didn't because I understand that things happen sometimes and I am giving them the chance to send me what I feel is going to be an awsome mod. I say this because I did end up trying to use the mod, and the short time that I used it with my Hybird BF atty it was PURE Bliss.... So I can only assume that getting one that is working properly will be even better I am so excited to get this I can't wait... I really do hope that Grimm doesn't trash it but if he does oh well he has that right to do so... It will be interesting in any case to see what he has to say
On another note I freaking love these dang Hybirds attys, they are great on my Monkeyboxx and I just can't get over how good the flavor is... I am out of my fav juice now because I have been vaping myself silly
