Other than the rattle, I'm quite impressed @ 3.7V. I think the LR BF atty's should be a nice addition. The jury's still out on 6V. Maybe when the carto breaks in.

The BF Hybrid attys are what sold me on the Vmod.
Your spring may have compressed from the 6v batts.
A strip of tape around the batt would tighten it up too.
Ahead of you AG. Strip of tape & a little spring stretching did the trick. I'm really liking this little guy!

Chassis cracking update:
Very sad to report that I now have a second crack on the mod in use for 1.5 weeks or so. This one starts to the top of the chamber and is 5/8" long. Original crack has not lengthened but is wider than yesterday.
I love this mod/atty set up, but it's only fair to report the bad with the good. Been burnt enough by reviews that do not fully disclose what the person knows only to find out in pms later....grrr. I had my reservations about a plastic chassis. I know Vapage is on it and I hope they get it resolved in the first round.

It is important to be honest.Can you think of an easy way to fix it?Maybe electrical tape or some type of glue?

I dont think electrical tape would work, probably not enough room for that, but clear tape would. I personally wouldn't use glue I've had juice come through the crack doing really want to chance having glue near where the juice goes.
Keyzy I think it is best for Vapage to resolve it. It is not in the disposable class of ecigs. Think of all the dollar store plastic items coming out of China these days. You lots of them broken in the stores.
What I don't understand is the bottle & atty screw into the metal housing. The plastic should not be under any stress with one exception that has been mentioned previously. The shell hangs up on the chassis a bit during assembly/disassembly.

Im looking at mine and it seems like the metal piece goes all the way through.Why does it leak if the plastic is just the outer coating?Just trying to understand.
you could take all the plastic off and it still won't leak. there must be something in the feed assembly that is loose or cracked.
