?? I'm vaping my new chasis w/a 1.5 atty, vaping my old chasis w/a 1.8 silo. Why is the heat so dramatically different w/the 2? There is almost no heat w/the silo. My carto's got a whole lot hotter than the silo does. I don't have a thingy-ma-jig to see if it's mis-labeled or something. Batts are about the same on both as far as when I put them in & they're the same type.

Hi all. Just back from a lovely vape meet in Glendora. Will catch up tomorrow after more sleep and less nic! I'm nic'd out and exhausted from so much fun, great people, fab party! LA Vapers Club rocks. Wish all you Vmodians would have been there. The frosting on the proverbial cake (gooey better cake).

Wish I could answer even one question, but it's going to take all my effort to find my way from this computer to the pillows.

Nite nite ~

Vikki, TY. Prayers for the animals that survived but with burns and smoke inhalation sure would be appreciated. About 100 did not make it:(

Without a "thingy-ma-jig" it's anyones guess. That would be a digital multi meter btw, and they can be had for about $5 online. All vapers using mods w/Li-ion or high drain batts should use a DMM. One batt could be weaker. To me comparing vape on an atty vs a carto is like apples to prime rib :D Attys can often settle into a lower resistance than advertised after they season, they can also start to go up in resistance when they are on the way to the bone yard.

A DMM is critical to know where your vaping gear is so you can get your best vape all the time:)

So sorry about your friend's loss of all of those beautiful animals :( :(... Definitely including their remaining animals in my prayers !!

Thank you for naming the thingy-ma-jingy for me :)... Wish vapage sold them (maybe a hint?).. I have seen them @ most web sites that sell mods and batt's, so it shouldn't be hard to find one. I'm gona go out on a limb here and say the atty is the prime rib :D!!

Can't learn if you don't ask, wondering never solved anything that I know of :).. :)..

After repairing the crack in the old chassis and adding an o-ring to the bottle, Day 2 and no leaks. The o-ring not only provides an add'l seal, but greatly improves the bottle's stability.

I'm not quite ready to declare victory, but it's off to a promising start. Any idea if the outer cover and cone will be available? I'd like to put this one into everyday use along with the replacement chassis.

K, I must have missed the thread about adding an o-ring to the bottle. Where do you add it at?? Do you use the old upper o-ring that your supposed to throw away?? Or do we make one out of a condom?? I did make a catch cup for my old chasis, thanks AG :)

I too am waiting for the new chassis to come out for my nekkid vmod.. I think I can wait 3 more weeks :) :)... I think I can, I think I can, I think I can ... Wonder if we get a discount if we order um say 3 ~ 5ish (hint hint :) )

Thanks Para...I appreciate your ability to see the forest. :)

If you have an o-ring which will fit around the top of the cup, it should improve the stability of the cup as well.
This is where they added the bushing.

I received my new chassis with rubber things. I have no clue if they are extras or need to be installed before use. Are the new chassis supposed to have a pin in them or do they look pretty much like the old ones?

The seals and cup in the baggy need to be installed.

Oh nooo .. Mine quit . Not even a month of heavy use ...errr.

Have you done any troubleshooting?
Was this the new chassis or the old one?

The old one and yes I have tryed every thing I can think of with no joy . The way it quit I thought it was the cartomizer but it's not .

The replacements are all the updated chassis.
You can probably see where they pinned the chamber from inside the battery compartment.

If I got a replacement chassis this week is it old stock (V1.0) or the new version (V1.1) ?

The pressed in chamber on the older chassis could move around, causing some people to have failures.
The new chassis is rock solid in place with a pin and bushing.
It should cause no problems.

Did you fill out the replacement chassis form on the Vapage website?
You should do this, or contact them Tuesday.
They will have no problem making it right for you.
