Hiya Vmodians, I don't know what to do about my Lil guy(Vmod)He has become extremely clingy and does not want me to give attention to any of my other mods I wake up, there he is saying tank me up with Da Joose, and put some fresh power in me Never mind those other guy's, I'll get ya through the day Either way, I the Lil' guy. Ever since his Lil' issue was resolved, I cannot put him down, fits perfectly in the hand, button is sooo comfortable, the draw with the cone is perfect and this whole tilting thing rock's(although I still give a lil pressure on the bottle on occasion). But what gots me goin' is the flavor from both Silo Carto and Hybrid atty's(I use IKV901 atty's and IKV801 Fusions on other mods) and the , oh man the!!! Needless to say, this Lil guy will NEVER part from meNow just gotta wait and see what he looks like in his new threads!!! Rock on Vmodians

I wanted to post and thank every one for all the valuable input they have provided in this thread. AG, Katdarling, T-Taz, Tearo, Kasia, Gel, Tat, Vikki, Proav9, and any one else I neglected to mention. The information has helped me enjoy my Vmod, more than that, it has enabled me to actually make use of the mod (special thanks to AG for that).
There is no going back for me, the Vmod just out performs my other mods. The customer service is great, and from what I understand the developers are continuing to look for ways to improve the design and manufacturing process. So I guess I'm here for the duration....if you'll have me .

I've only tried it once or twice- but I have an itchy squirsh finger I guess, and keep squirshing subconsciously.

Does this work for atty or silos?
.. you just tilt and vape, or do you need 'dry pulls' to get the juice into the atty / silo?

I've been rocking my vmod at 6v with two cr2 3v batteries in series w/ the 2.2 silos. Id really prefer a higher res atty, but they don't have anything higher than 2.5 atties right now. Been fluttering the button and getting amazing vapor production and still on first silo since upping voltage. I feel like the coil is actually staying cleaner but you have to be careful not to over heat the coil. The fit was really tight but seemed fine until I tried to remove the batteries. that was a pain in the .... I ended up drilling a small hole in the chassis so I could poke them out from the opposite side. Was careful to keep the hole small as to not compromise the integrity of the chassis.

erawk, I always put a little strip of tape (usually electrical) around the batt for easy on, easy off. Might help you? I'm surprised that 2 of the cr2s fit, but have never tried them. That's great info.

proax, I don't know what will work for you in terms of my tilt and vape method. It only appears to work on one of my VMODs. Another one I have is not feeding well at all. Sometimes I feel like I want to smash the bottle (as opposed to squirshing it {are we ALL from Indiana now??}). I think Silos would require the subconscious-itchy-finger-PopNFresh Doughboy-squeeze.

Let's all perform the needed experiments, and then compare notes!

I'll let ya know how I've gone through a bottle an a half today
I tilt the Vmod slightly upward while taking a puff, then about 2 seconds into the puff I lower it. It's been keeping the atty wet and I haven't sguished the bottle once

Proax ~ I have been using the "Tilt and Vape" on silo's, matter of fact you have to be careful as I just got a mouthful of juice and no "squirshing". I think I tip, fire/pull at same time, then you have to lower it, if you don't lower it you may get the mouthful of juice. Just saying my experience.

Tat ~ any excuse will do ... ... So I won't tell you that the instruction manual in on the web site, don't want to ruin it for you

Had my vmod out w/me tonite and was told that it looked "well you know, a pipe or something", HUH??? I don't think I'm that old that I don't know what a pipe looks like. I'm just not seeing that.. Where's the bowl? How would you light it??? Oh well it did get the conversation started w/e-cigs.

I got one of the Burl (correct spelling-Burel is a city in northern Albania) bodies and love it. Between the fine detail, silkscreen(?), and the slightly rubberized feeling its smooth as silk with a warm feeling to it.

Anyway I was thinking that in the next release Vapage should do some leather bodies. I would love a worn latigo or Buffalo or some of the more exotics like alligator or elephant. The detail is so good that I would be interested in something as mundane as a brick wall.

What would you like to see?

On a different note what attys/cartos ohms are you using with a 14500 battery? I'm trying to find my sweet spot without having to buy new batteries.

I took a couple of Vmods home to the old stomping grounds for my brother's 40th birthday bash last night. Let's just say they were the talk of the party. I had people coming up to me all night wanting to try them out. It's weird to think that I'm part of the last generation to remember smoking as being socially acceptable. The smoking lounges all disappeared during my high school and college years, and it's only gotten more restrictive since then. Many of my old friends are smokers too, and we're all in the 40+ club now. It was very cool to see many of them interested in vaping as a smoking alternative. Most had heard of e-cigs, but didn't realize there was more on the market than the KR8 models they see in the gas stations. It's going to be awesome to walk into a gas station someday and see the Vmod hanging on the wall, and see my friends and relatives vaping them instead of smoking.

DTop --- I think the aged & exoctic leather looks sound great---and would be nice especially if they have that soft feel. Good suggestion.
