The wait is killing me

I ordered a 510 from cignot.com (Vicki was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions) and it was put in the mail on Wed morning. It is coming to me vis USPS first class parcel. I was really hoping i would get it today; but I am thinking now i am not going too.

Which means I will have to wait until monday.

I had it delivered to my work - for a number of reasons. We don't get mail here on Saturdays.

I sure hope it does get here.

They just updated the tracking and they say arrived at my local post office as of 7:30 am

That seems late for making it on the truck for delivery though....

Hey randog (weird that's my dad's nickname) -
Every package that I've received in the past week and a half said the same thing and they all arrived that same day. It's just the way USPS updates their system. There is hope! Let us know if it does come today

I will certainly let you know. Went to the mail room and the guy said mail had arrived and he was sorting through it. He would not look for my package.

I wonder, if it is not in the delivery - if I can drive to the post office that is about 1.5 miles away and ask for it.

Anyone know if you are able to do that???

I asked the exact same question yesterday at USPS and they more or less assured me if it was at the post office that early that it would be on the truck on its way to me.

Kinda depends on the size of your local PO and their delivery area. If you're in L.A. proper, you may get the same "mail-room" response but if you're in a suburb, it may work for you. Might be worth a shot.

I too have my goodies sent to my office and the ladies at our local PO are always very helpful.

I would think mail from Illiniois would take 3 days to get to L.A. and be sorted and placed in your mailbox. It takes 2 days for mail to go from Cignot (in IL) to Michigan and to my mail box. So you should receive it tomorrow.

Well - I got it!!

now I have to wait to charge it! The instructions say to let it charge for 8 hours before I use it - even if the light turns green.

Oh boy!

I started vaping pretty much right away. my batteries came charged. If you're really itching to try it out I would just go for it. Vape one battery while the other one charges
It seems like your post office is the same as mine.

Randog : I know how the wait was. I had ordered a cheap disposable just to try out vaping. Two days later I ordered a "510" from Cignot. Three days later I met the postman at the door thank you Vicki..... I asked about the charging here on ECF. I was told when the light turns green you are good to go because some batts are pre charged. I placed another order of juice from another vendor. 24 hrs from west coast to east coast. Great! about 15 hrs. to my P.O. Great! My temp. postman screwed up and said he left a p/u notice on the tracking site No he did not. I went to the PO the next morning. They said it was back out on the truck. If not recived call the postmater. Mail came no juice. I called the post master. She said it was a diff.driver on the route she would talk to the driver I had the day before. At about 5:00 pm it was on my stoop. She called and asked if I got it. Yes Thank you

You don't have to charge it for 8 hours. Use it until the light on the battery blinks 20 times and then recharge it. It will take about 3 hours to recharge it at that time.
