Well she did say goodbye when I left for work this morning. I don't know if she has insomnia or what but she has been going to bed pretty late for a while. Then she looks like death warmed over when she has to get up in the morning to get the kids off to school and unfortunately for her, both of the girls decided to sign up for summer school programs that last all of June. In turn this means she has to be up by 6:45 to get the oldest one off to orchestra camp. The neighbor next door takes our daughter and hers to the orchestra camp in the morning and my wife does the pick up but also the youngest one has to be up at the school by 8:30. Then pick up is at 12:30 for the oldest and 1:30 for the youngest so there isn't alot of time to rest between. I know the kids keep her busy most of the time and I never complain if something isn't done around the house. I do what I can to pitch in around the house and often do some laundry or dishes. Especially on the weekends, I try to make it so she doesn't hardly have to cook or do dishes. I am not perfect by far but try to help out. I guess that's why it made me so mad yesterday when she picked a fight with me over some stupid crap about me only doing the easy tasks around the house. I would help with just about anything if she would ask. Instead she thinks that I can read her mind about what she would like help with. Oops there I go again. Oh well, I am sure everyone knows here by now that I tend to run on at the mouth.

Scott, if theres one thing I've learned over the years it's that it's the things they don't ask you to do that mean the most.

I hear you skrymr. That's why I try to help out but am obviously not helping with the right things. She sure let me know that yesterday. I would like to attribute some of the cause of her outburst yesterday to withdrawal from the arimidex but hell who knows maybe I'm just an axxhole and don't know it.

Ok, time to change the subject here. Today I finally got a cartomizer to work. I had tried them before and always got too much airflow and almost no vapor. It turns out that the hole in my adapter was too big so I put some tape over it and poked a smaller hole. Now I'm really starting to like the cartomizer. Heck I might even order some more blanks.

The only thing I didn't like about the cartomizers I tried was the flavors. I bought prefilled to try them before I finally quit vaping. Otherwise they were nice, especially at 6v.

Today Sherry and I went to look for some cookie cutters for a fruit salad she wants to make. We ended up in an antique store where I found an old straight razor in fantastic condition. From what I could find out I think it was made between 1925 and 1934. It cost me $25. I'm pretty happy with it. :D

Hitt......I have never tried carto's...but if you have to "Doctor" them to get them to function properly I will just stick with regular attys!

    They are much cheaper though!

Skrymr, what are you going to do with the straight razor? Is it just for collecting? There is a place here called Good Juju that is open the first saturday of each month that has alot of old stuff for sale and is fun to look at. We picked up an old ice grinder like people used to use to grind ice up for drinks.

Wiz, I don't think you are supposed to have to doctor the cartos. I just happened to get a crappy carto adapter that the air hole was too big on. It made it like sucking air thru a straw and almost no vapor. That's why I did the tape thing over the air hole. I am going to get a new adapter the next time I put an order in. They are kinda nice because they hold alot of liquid and you don't have to keep dripping. The only downside I can see so far is that it takes a little while to fill one up because you have to let the liquid sink into the filler. Not something you want to do while driving.

@skrymer.....don't mix up and spin the razor!

@hitt, you didn't drag me down, I have been at one job or another for a day and a half and haven't have time to read here. I will head out to #2 again shortly. Been married, been divorced, been married. Been there, done that. We currently have an adult child and 2 seniors graduating this month, lacrosse practice, FFA, work schedules. I have 3 jobs, one full time and 2 part time (on 24hr call) hubby has 1 job on a 12 rotating shift.

She may be having med issues, kid issues, illness issues, you issues, her mother issues, her girlfriend issues, or any number of other issues. Maybe she is still getting crap from her brother over that other deal, and she just isn't telling you that the family is pushing it on her. You were probably just on the range when she decided to unload. On a positive note, most people will only unload on someone they trust.
Maybe you could sit her down and ask her what she would like you to help with on a regular basis. Maybe you can ask her to try to take a breath and tell you what she needs instead of holding it in and letting you have it when she can't hold it any more.

Anyway, I hope it gets better.

She seems in a much better mood today. I wish I could say the same about me. I had a crap day all the way around at work but won't take it out on anyone at home. I just had dinner and will get changed to go downstairs to work out to blow off some steam. A couple miles on the treadmill and 30-40 minutes of weights should do the trick.

Morning everyone. I was going to say good morning but that would not be true. For some reason, I couldn't sleep last night and was up a couple times. I hate when that happens. It makes for a long day at work. On the up side of things, work is going fairly smooth so far. I haven't taken any vacation yet this year and am feeling the need to do so pretty soon even if it's just taking a friday off. After almost thirteen years with the same company, I am honestly kinda bored with my job. It's almost like being in that movie Groundhog Day.

Skrymr, I'm starting to wonder if we shouldn't have called this thread the Skrymr-hittman chat thread. Does anyone else besides us, Wiz, and PTJD come here any more? That's ok. I think we're doing a fine job with this anyway.
I agree Hitt.........It's not the quantity of people here it's always been the quality. I think we speak for ourselves!:D

I am surprised that more of our pals from the smokeless sub-forum don't join in though!

Vacation starts Monday(have to clean the grill this week!)
