    Somewhere between here and there
Wiz, I am looking for an hdmi adapter for the wii. I looked on amazon but didn't find what I was looking for. The tv only has one component connection and four hdmi ports so I wanted to plug the wii into one of the hdmi's. All I can find is the cable that connects the wii to the four component connectors. I wanted to try to have everything ready for when it is delivered.

Just the opposite. Workin' like a dog. How have you been, Hitt?
    HI Firechick!!!!:)

Not bad at all. I really feel like I am finally getting a good handle on my nic addiction and am doing much better dealing with cravings. It's been a long road so far. I hope there's not a fork in the road any time soon.
I can't wait until my "Fork" ends in January Hitt!.....I am definitely jonesing for some snuff!!

I didn't realize you still had that long to go Wiz. I feel for you. What happens then? Tell me you don't have to do this every year.
I may have to Hitt......Unless health insurance rates go down, which I doubt will happen. Looks like it will be 6 months on/6 months off for me! At leat everyone will know that I'll be happier in the winter and spring! As soon as I lock in that tobacco free credit I am back to Snuffyland!!

Wiz, I understand you have to do what you have to do and you are the one that has to deal with Mrs. Wiz but I think I could find places to cut back to make up the difference. I have been at my job for about 13 years now and really don't really remember an insurance company asking me for any information. I'm not sure how that all works. As far as I know, they don't know if I use tobacco or not.

Sorry been busy on the road.

I'm with Hitt, looks like our Global company may implement a unhealthy tax on our company provided insurance next year, so be it! I'm still vaping and using analogs!

Hitt......I still believe there is no way for them to determine where my nicotine use originates from. I think they are doing this to scare smokers into quitting to keep from paying out benefits to those with smoking related illnesses.

I can understand that Wiz. Vacations are honestly stressful for me and when we go I pack like I'm never coming back. I have been known to have a smoke or two on vacation but I honestly don't crave them like I used to. The combination of snus, snuff, and vape is finally covering my cravings like vaping alone never did. I think you are right about them not being able to tell the difference on the nic source. If they say vaping is ok then how could they possibly tell if you are using snuff unless they inspect for brown boogers.

I could always tell them I was snorting Ovaltine or Nestles Quick Hitt!!..LOL! I think if would have been snussing and snuffing(along with vaping)That urge for an analog would not have been present on vacation! This was really the first time since I started vaping that I wanted a smoke. The urge has since passed.Weird!

Guess I should'nt feel too bad about my "Almost" breakdown while on vacation. It's been tough for me since I quit using my snuff. I havn't had an analog since Dec 31 2008.....but sure came close a week ago!

Plus wife would have killed me!

I told you they would never test for it, it is to expensive, and we both know there to cheap to pay the extra money.

I do understand Wiz. I just can't imagine you having to go thru this six months out of every year. I am wondering why you have to go six months though. Can they possibly test for it that far back or is it going to be a random test? Sorry to keep beating this subject to death. I am sure it doesn't make it any easier for you by having us asking questions.

Hitt......I really don't think there will be any testing done whatsoever. All that will happen is they will ask the question(Have you used tobacco products in the last six months?),and if you answer no you will recieve a credit towards your insurance premium/deduction(Something like $20 every two weeks so I have been told).Once I am able to answer no(Which I can...other than one slight slip up..LOL!),and I have that credit, I can go back to my lucious lifestyle. I'm sure around may next year they will post another message of the same type...offering reduced insurance for those who didn't quit the first time around. I think you and I both know they are targeting "Smokers" and not users of safer tobacco products like you and I.

I have almost reached the halfway point...LOL!
