....of my blue Buzz unfortunately lost its orange color. Don't know when or where ... all of a sudden all I have left as markings is green and red. (Also the wheel on this device is much harder to turn, it was like this from the beginning; I had hoped it would soften over time, and it might have done so, I'm not sure though.)

Is there a way to repair this marking thing?

Thanks for the advice re. nail polish. Will try it soon. Hopefully will mark the wheel and not the surrounding areas... LOL :)

I never dropped any of my buzzes till now. But it had a long journey till it arrived here .. and nobody knows what that little package might have gone through....

Is there anything I can do to soften the wheel-turning? (Don't know any better how to express it in English.) Atm I always use my fingernails to get it moving ... but it is a bit tedious if it never softens. (And I also couldn't send it into the BuzzClinic until I have a third one.. or even better, until I might be back in the U.S. for my next holiday - probably some time next spring, hopefully).

when it gets hard to turn try pushing the wheel down a little with your fingernail. the wheel pot can move on the solder joint but it is usually after its dropped, not from the start so be carefull.

Thanks very much.
My wheel also seemed a bit rusty lately and that trick worked for me.
But... unfortunately it keeps pushing up and me pushing it down in order to turn smoothly.

The glue in the front has come loose , you can fix it , take the batts out and use a toothpick with a small amount of super glue , lift it up and put the glue in the slot under the wheel ( do not glue the WHEEL !!!! ) then press it back down and stick another toothpick on top of the wheel and let it sit for 10 min. or so this should hold it down,

Also, just as an aside, check the length of the batteries you are using.

I have two sets of Trustfire flames that are longer than any of the other sets I use - the slight extra length pushed against the wheel, internally, making it difficult to maneuver.

I don't use those anymore; now the wheel turns easily and flawlessly.

And, just for the record, all my markings are gone...I just tweak by taste now, lol. :)
