Hey Wagex, is there anything left in your house that doesn't have an e-cig connector soldered into it?

LOL! I was just thinking the same thing!

Once you successfully make a mod, you DO tend to look at everything you see and wonder "CAN I mod THAT?".

I was in the checkout line at the grocery yesterday and saw this...

godiva.jpg

It's metal, has a hinged top, and is the right size for a box mod using 2 14500s.

Mod it for a 510 copper atty, slap a magnet inside right at the top to secure the lid and STEALTH VAPE to your heart's content! :D

Gonna do it next weekend, too!

haha if i wasnt broke i would totaly do it but have you tested the circuits and stuff with a multi meter?
p.s. i only have a dse901 :( lol

and after some research they only use 2 4a - 5 a batteries that are 1.2v so it would only be 2.4v unless we could put a booster on the charger (which would lower the ma more taking longer to charge) buut we would also have to put like a cr2 in it (from the descriptions ive read) they said it was shorter and rounder then a AA battery... sounds like cr2 to me but they are also nicd batteries not lithium ion or nimh (i use nimh for my box mod) but if we were to use the induction coil in there we would have to boost it and make a protection cirtuit so we are pretymuch gutting it besides the coil and starting from scratch :\

Yeah... it's all tested. I use the inductive charging coil and full wave bridge. Put a cap across that to smooth out the waveform and feed it to the charge control board from a mini USB PV charger. Feed that to the internal 3.7V battery (replacing the NiCad). There's actually room in there for multiple batteries.... but the inductive charging circuit won't handle much over 5V.

The existing internal switches can handle some decent current.. but they are mechanically coupled.. one of "On" and one for "Off". I'm gonna fix that. ;-)
