You probably already knew that, but I think the point of tagging is to get participants - like they need a certain amount to do a draw, right? Anyway, prolly not a good idea to tag anyone in SD or one of the other states that prohibits vape mail now.
Maybe we should move to Montana. Even though they treat raw milk worse than ANY "controlled substance," at least they've figured out that vaping is not smoking: New Montana law regulates e-cigarettes

No, it's android TV but you can side load it, I have Kodi hyper TT build and on that powerful box it runs like a dream, I love this setup, so do the kids

The simple answer is yes. Kodi is a piece of streaming software designed to display content on a range of devices, and that means it's perfectly legal. If you have a DVD player or a PC only because it can play any media file it does not make it illegal.

So basically as long as you don't buy an android tv that comes pre installed with Kodi your fine. Buy the android TV box and download the app yourself, 100% legal, it's streaming, nothing more than that...

In the US it's not illegal for folks to stream it, but the ones who do the uploading.....that part is illegal. But there is a consensus that much of what is uploaded to Kodi is pirated, though not all of it.
