The Yeti atomizers

I think I'm half nuts, but I'd like to try the 510 experience, I've been nothing but happy with the 808 carto's, but want to see what I'm missing.
I'm going to order a couple more adapters so I don't have to worry in the future, and I'm thinking about getting a Yeti atty. as well, does that come with the cartridge or do you have to buy that separate? There are two pics, one with, one without so I am confused about that?

The Yeti (510) is a three piece model, each atomizer comes with a blank tip (no filler in the cartridges) which is great for dripping. So if you want to refill cartridges you would have to buy the blank cartridges separate.

You need to put on the web site that the carts come in 5 packs, it softens the blow, I thought I was paying $3 for one, it was a pleasant surprise to get 5! Thanks guys!
