I purchased lost vape Therion DNA75 and got a problem with the threading right out of the box.

I couldn't screw in any of my atomizer; Avocado 24, Avocado 22, Limitless RDTA, Aromamizer Supreme) all authentic atomizers.

Currently (14-Sep-2016) I'm waiting for Lost Vape's response for this problem whether they will send me a new one or not.
Honestly, I have been able to attached my atomizers in so many mods (50+ mods) without problems but I'm not sure how this happened to me since I didn't force the atomizer into the 510 connection at all.
Unfortunately, my vendor doesn't believe me that it is a defective product refusing to send me a new one and said to wait for Lost Vape's response.
I will update here for Lost Vape's response.
If anyone used to have this kind of problem please leave a comment and your solution to the problem.
I hope Lost Vape sees this and understand my feeling 120 USD for nothing at the moment and send me a new one since the mod is not cheap for me at all (about 120 USD).
I neither want to have it fixed since the day I bought this new mod nor get the compensation plus a nonfunctional mod.
