So it is in high demand and they stop making it? Is this not the wish of all businesses, to have a product that is in high demand? I dont understand this at all. I run a business and am happy to have people love my product, of course i can keep up with demand, i make more of the product that is in high demand so i can make more money........I just do not see why it would be discontinued, but i do not know the process so....that is my 2 cents anyways
He can't get the supply to meet the demand. Plain and simple. The places he gets the ingredients from can't supply him so instead of dealing with people who can't accept the fact that the orders will be limited and few and far between he's opted to D/C them and work on bigger and better juices. I don't blame him one bit. As far as the negative review, The person cut and pasted only parts of the email between them, (which isn't allowed). From what I gathered the person was emailing over and over when not getting a fast response during a peak time. (Think....black friday) I applaud Don for standing up for himself and his business. As most retail or former retail personnel know, the customer is NOT always right and if you expect to get respect you need to GIVE it. If you are going to be impatient and rude you do not deserve good customer service. Don has been awesome to me, many people I know and has way more positive reviews than the (one) negative I've seen. I've always wished I could someday own my own company so that I could tell those few arrogant customers where to go. Not that he did that or does that but seriously sometimes people forget that people run companies and those people are human, capable of mistakes and deserving of respect.
Oh, and this is all IMHO, btw.
