Thicker clouds, not bigger

Hi everyone, been messing around with my igo-w trying to find that "perfect" vape for me. Currently running dual coils collectively at 0.6 ohms on a k100 mech. The vapor cloud seems big enough for me but I was wondering how I can make thicker clouds? I have 30/70 pg/vg mix so I think I'm good on the juice side. I noticed that as I went lower with sub ohms the vapor became hotter and thinner. I like the size of the cloud but wanted to see if I can make them thicker. Any help is much appreciated.

sounds like lack of airflow. heat is the best indication of this. as far as getting the clouds thicker, i'm assuming that would be directly related to the efficiency of your coil(s). i would try drilling out your airhole (assuming we're talking about an rda here) and see how that works. the clouds will require less effort, and if your coils are working fine the density should be there as well.

Thicker clouds? ... Thicker juice. Up your VG ratio, this is one of the main reasons that VG lovers, love it! Most especially if you are using a dripper.

I'm at 70% vg now, unfortunately I don't mix my own and the place I go doesn't carry 100% vg. I'm not if even like it that high

Will do I thought the flow might be an issue but I've snapped 3 titanium drill bits trying to add a hole. Guess I might have to take it to my local b&m or buy one with 2 already in it.

Get a dremel and a pointed stone grinding tip. Works like a charm. Everyone should own a Dremel, anyway.

Kind of a stupid suggestion, but try blowing out the vapor more slowly. That is one of the many "tricks" the guys on youtube use to make their clouds seem so impressive.

Also try using cotton wicks and experimenting with different amounts pushed through the coils. The more you can get your coil to "hiss" and the less it "crackles and pops", the denser the vapor will be. This is because the heat won't be wasted chucking large droplets all over the inside of your atty, and will be used to make actual vapor. How this is actually accomplished depends on a lot of factors and will take some trial and error, but I am convinced it has something to do with wick density and compression after everything is broken in.

And as others have stated, you will need to drill out your air holes to effectively handle a 0.6 ohm dual coil. Just buy a drill bit that is made for drilling through stainless steel. The smallest I can find at local hardware stores is 1/16" and this results in a pretty airy draw for 2 holes (but I find it perfect for 1 hole).

Well I bought a nimbus with 2 1/8 holes. The guy at the b&m said that's how they build theirs. I wish I hadn't so I could slowly increase the size. I draw is super airy but now I finally understand direct lung inhale lol. Huge clouds and very thick although next to no throat hit. God I love tinkering around with this stuff

True, I started as a flavor chaser and it appears I've fallen into the cloud chasing label now. I know some people think it's dumb or unnecessary but I have to say blowing out a huge flavorful cloud is VERY satisfying IMHO
