One of my newer 357s just bit the dust. She was only about three weeks old, and worked flawlessly until she just quit. It's so frustrating to see these post about folks getting months out of these, especially since they are so good, but this is the second one I've owned that quit too soon. Emailed Hanna to see what he can do. Hopefully he will take pity on me. At least this time I was smart enough to have backups on hand.

Agree, for me its 9-10 watts with the right atty and some good tobacco flavored juice.

I just never kill them ... any atty. I think I've had 3 die on me over a 2+year span.
It might be a different story if I only used one mod full time though.
I really think not overworking or overheating them makes a huge difference.
I seldom take more than 4-5 hits off a mod before I pick up a different one and hit that ....
At my desk I usually have 5 or 6 REOs going and I go right down the line
Plus I clean attys often and take good care of them. And I never dry burn anything.
I just purchased 2 Cisco LR510 1.5 ohm Attys. Haven't got them yet.
I originally got 2 from the Reomods site, and I killed the first one. "user error"
I am down from 2 packs a day to about 11 analogs a day during the work week, and only 9 yesterday.
Doing the math on half a pack a day, if I don't cat down even more, I will have paid for my Reo Grand, and accessories in about 2 months. After that I am saving about 180 a month from then on. And that is if I continue to smoke the 10 analogs a day. I might cut down even more. I am already seeing cigs at certain times I can do away with.
My whole point is once I am saving that kinda money I am getting as few of these 357s on order. They sound amazing!

In addition to the two 357s I've killed I also killed an aero bridgless and another 510 but I don't remember specifically what it was. I guess it's starting to look like user error, although I thought I was treating this one quite well. Been using my one Reo Grand as my sole PV for the last 2 months. Got two new 357s about three weeks ago and have been rotating them exclusively since, usually switching between them for about a half days use each. I cleaned them about every three or four days, or when I felt they 'needed' it. I do tend to chain vape, especially when I'm sitting at the computer or watching tv, and they sometimes get pretty hot to the touch. At that point I would set it down for a few minutes, but I never saw a performance drop. As much as I love my Reo-357 combo I can't see getting six of them in rotation as the only solution.Thats too bad. How is your luck with other attys ??

MIne died in a weeks use- sent it back to Hanna yesterday- he thinks it may be a manufacturing defect- if so, he'll send me a new one. I really liked it, kept it wet, etc., but I always seem to go through attys- only use them on Reo's with 3.7 AW's. I don't know what gives.
ive killed 2 of them or had them die on me. sux, right when i think i have it down to a science and everything is going great. both of mine have died right after cleaning them, they were still hitting great but didnt want to over work them. the first i sent back to hanna and he replaced it, the 2nd died a couple days ago, same thing.... just wouldnt fire after being soaked 30 minutes in everclear, blown out and dripped with juice and let sit a day...go to fire it and nothing. now im scared to clean the one i have left,lol.
I received two 1.5 HH.357's about 5 weeks ago and immediately loaded one of them on my Grand with some BB, and after a few days it finally settled down and is still going strong. After cleaning, it takes about a few hours to settle down.
One thing I realize is that Cisco still has sloppy thread problems. Yesterday, I loaded the other 357 on my Mini and couldn't screw it down all the way. Rather than send it back or chase the thread on the connector, I opted to chase the atty thread, and like I said it hasn't settled down yet, but I'm sure it will. Hanna, you just keep doing what you do.
The 1.5 HH.357 is a great atty on 3.7v IMO and I can't wait to try the 2.5 on my future VV Grand. Since I'm hooked on hassle free Reo's and get more than 1 to 2 weeks out of a great atty, life keeps getting better. I wonder what the future will be like in a year or two, that's if the FDA or big tobacco doesn't screw it up.

well, he (Hanna) sent me a picture of my atty's internals- a lot of carbon build up (in just a week). He said normally he doesn't warranty these when this happens (I was just getting ready to clean it before it failed w/in a week after I got it, and I did clean it before I sent it to him). So, he would be glad to rebuild it for me for $10 since this happened so soon. I sent him an email back asking why this would happen....and if it was my vaping style...maybe what's killing all of my atty's so quickly. Anyway, I'm still thinking whether or not to spring $10 for one that might last me a week again- I will say that when it worked, it spoiled me. In the meantime, I bought some EM and Smoketech atty's from Rob's site to tide me over. Certainly they are cheaper- two of his for the price of rebuilding Hanna's.

I used to use EM's from Liberty-Flights- don't know what was up with those LR 510's but they would last me over a month without any issue...they just don't have them on their site anymore. I'm hoping that what I got from Rob is the same quality and fits my vaping style (whatever the heck that is)....

DAve I got the same story from Hanna. I cleaned my HH357 more diligently than any other atty that I ever owned and did the cleaning as instructed. Two weeks of use and mine was on the way out. So he said he would replace it. So I mailed my atty in and got the same answer as you did. Was told it was the juice I use that built up on the coil. Funny that my other Ciscos and Joyes lasted much longer with the same DIY juice. Didn't make me too happy. Well with tax and shipping and sending it back to him I was down around $25. I turned down the generous offer to rebuild for $10 and now I am happy vaping a great Joye LR 306 at $4.50 and its not spitting, flooding or getting juice in my mouth. I took my business elsewhere. Nuf said, I'll leave it there.

This is my point with all atties WHEN they work they are great, no doubt, WHEN they work. This is why I switched to cartos, the consistency, ease of use and low cost. When all these fancy atties and their price tags can Perform like my cartos I will then again try. Just my opinion.
I totally agree tough for attys to compare to my boge cartos I do Love my HH357's and I have 5 of them but my cartos are way more consistant and cheaper and no cleaning or spitting or worrying about over squonking etc IMHO
I really did try to like cartos, but after trying a decent atty all I taste with cartos is polyfill. Of course they have their issues, but I guess I've been spoiled by flavor.
I'm sorry so many of you have had so much trouble with your atomizers. I guess I have been lucky. just had my first one die but it was my fault. it lasted 4 months of heavy use, with regular cleaning. after a little while the connector popped right out and I started unwrapping the steel wool to clean it. I did it a bunch of times but the other night the one of the solder connections broke on the atty connector. I was going to resolder it and it would have been an easy fix but I decided that I would try my hand at making a hh357 type bottom feeding rebuildable atomizer finally. I will be trying this soon ( I know that I said I was going to be doing this a while ago but I finally have a good reason to do it.) Now I need some wick and kanthal wire. Wish me luck, I will post pics when done. 
how is everyone getting the chard residue off the coils? I vape alot of Bobas and cinnamon etc and a PGA soak for no matter how long doesn't seem to help
