What would be a good, bad ... looking combo? Clones are absolutely acceptable as I am a broke fella.
My mvp is a dud, figure I'll switch my set up for work and take my zmax in 18350 mode and get me a mech with a dripper since I plan to diy soon and I figure that's a good way to try all sorts of liquids with ease.

I can only tell you what my choices were.
I'm currently using these two PV's
ElectronicStix.Com · Mixed Nemesis by HCigar
ElectronicStix.Com · Brass Chi you Mechanical Mod by HCigar
    and this rda
    A7 Stainless Steel Rebuildable Atomizer
With the nemesis I strongly suggest the FatDaddy pin & magnet kit
SHOP - FatDaddyVapes.com - Home of the best vaping equipment, eliquids, and supplies!!!

    hint:
The A7 comes with a 2.4 ohm coil installed. Before you add liquid, dry burn the coil and squeeze the coil wraps into a micro coil. Should come out to be 2.2 ohms. It will surprise you.

I just got the Hcigar Nemesis with the patriot rda, it fits flush and looks beautiful. Heres what mine looks like, take a look:

i was just checking this out on 101vape. my only debate left, after seeing your picture, is fasttech or 101vape lol. on one hand, i would like to save some dollars....on the other hand, i'd like to not wait 2+ weeks.

edit - i went with fasttech. i can't justify spending $20 more on impatience. and with how hit or miss the usps has been, california might as well be china if i get unlucky.

I had that debate as well, thought about it for a long week, and decided 101vape, not only do you get it faster, the products on 101vape (Hcigar nemesis and Partiot rda) are ALOT better quality and much better built. Trust me the extra $$ is well worth it.

You can't go wrong with the Nemesis, it's a sweet mech. If you can swing it, now or later, strongly consider the magnet upgrade...it takes it from sweet to epic, in my opinion. Loving me that smooth switch action! I also ordered the contact upgrade and like being able to use the middle beauty ring in 18650 mode, but think I might have to remove it due to several accidental mis-fires I've had with it on.

The IGO-L or IGO-W is a good start into the dripping world. Still love mine. The Patriot or the Trident look pretty good atop the mixed version, both at different price points. I'm still on the hunt for the perfectly matched tank to top the mixed nemi, but one of these days I'll find something.

i have read fantastic things about hcigar's quality, but i have also read great reviews of the ft nemesis.
if i weren't trying to frantically save every dollar i could, i'd have gone with 101 vape, it really is not much more at all, but i can get a week's worth of food for $20.

If it comes down to food without a doubt get the fasttech nemesis, the only main differences from the FT version then the HCigar is the logos alot bolder, and the quality is much better. With the FT nemesis your going to be needing upgrades and time put into it to make it as good. For example ive read alot about the FT nemesis having a bump in the battery tube (just like the ones you would get from drilling bigger holes in a rda) from drilling air holes for the battery, and when you put your battery in you have to force it in and it can peel off some of the plastic from a battery. Just use a dremel to fix that, just a heads up if you have that problem, there are a few others but nothing time will fix it. And FYI, get the magnet uprade, its only about $2 for 10 and it is well worth it, the stock spring for the firing button on the FT nemesis is horrible.

For what it's worth, I haven't heard anything too terrible about the FT Nemesis. All I've heard are the threads aren't without issues and things like that. But QC can hit anywhere.

That being said, where are you seeing your prices? The mixed edition on FT is $25.68, with free shipping. The 101vape HCigar version is $29.99 with 2$ shipping, making it $31.xx. That's only $6 more and you get the tested quality of HCigar and faster shipping.

To each their own though. I'm just glad you're getting something you'll love.

I tried my buddy's HCigar clone and LOVED it. Can't wait for mine lol

I have the Hcigar Omega clone. Using it now, I love it. I got mine on eBay for $33.00. Don't really know what mech you would like with it, if your interested. And honestly, I just wanted to tell you I love your avatar! Huge fan of the show! Go Gene! :D

I have a FT Nemesis and I would put it against any clone out there. My switch is smooth as silk, I can stand it up with a very heavy atty and not worry about it firing. The logo is a little deeper on the Hcigar version. You will see lots of complaints of crunchy buttons though. As far as forcing batteries in, I have not had to do that. I have no hump. My only complaint would be, I wish I had gotten the SS instead of the brass. I wouldn't worry about the magnets unless you need them. If you do need them I would order the ones from Fatdaddyvapes on ebay. I will say this about magnets though. If there is something rough in the switch then magnets will not help. There will still be something rough in the switch with magnets in place. Try a little emory cloth on the pin to fix that.
