Thinking about getting a sigelei zmax

What do you guys think about it? its only 41.99 right now and thinking about upgrading from my mvp

also what would be a good 18650 battery for it? Is Efest any good?

The sigelei Zmax is an excellent VV/VW tube mod that uses a wide variety of flat top or button top 18XX0 replaceable batteries. I use a Sigelei Zmax V3 telescopic flat top. Efest and AW are excellent IMR batteries. AW is the better choice especially if you working the upper power levels available with the Sigelei Zmax. I'm partial to Xtar chargers.

v3 or v5? i'd pay more for the v5(i have both), but you can't go wrong with the v3- been a solid mod for over a year now.....

Yeah, I'm happy with mine. No regrets. One of the slightly shorter mods and has worked flawlessly for me.

Yeah Efest batteries work fine. They're just a little bit cheaper than the AW's as well. As far as a charger, I've been using the Nitecore Intellicharger i4 v2 and it's been working great for me, you can pick them up fairly cheap. If you do decide to get an intellicharger make sure and go with the v2, I've heard numerous problems of the v1's overheating.

I've had the V5 for 2 weeks now & extremely happy with it. Only complaint is in 18650 mode the bottom tube isn't as solid/rocks a bit even when tightened. Haven't tried other batteries in it, 18650's are all I have right now.

That's a good price. I paid $59.95 for mine which I thought was a good price. Efest 18650's & Trustfire 2 port charger are working fine for me.

I have the V5...it occasionally needs a reboot, but generally a rock star.
