Thinning a VG recipe

My favorite juice is over 90% VG. It works perfectly in a bottom feeder with rebuildable atty. I'm going to be flying soon and thought I would get a a Kanger T3 for my Ego Twist to take with me on the plane.

Well, the T3 doesn't seem to like my thick VG juice. How much distilled water can I use and still maintain a resemblance to my original recipe? I'm thinking about keeping my flavor percentage the same and just replacing say 10~15% of my no-nic VG with water.

Does that sound right? Anyone else doing something similar?

BTW- I don't like using PG and really don't care about throat hit.

I make mine at 5% flavor, 17% water. this can vary but I like my combined % at 22%. examples 6% flavor + 16% water = 22%

I use T3s a lot with homemade "all-VG" juice. I find in most cases, if I have 10-13% flavor, I "need" 7% distilled water in it. Dropping down to 5% DW produces iffy results -- some juices are fine, some have problems wicking.
