That TT has friends in high places. Probably not a good idea to get on his bad side...kwim?

lilac is right!!! I know the Judge and the Sheriff almost on a first name basis! Their strange people though. The only thing the Sheriff ever says is "hands up" and the only thing the Judge ever says is "90 days." I haven't seen much of either of them since that time I was driving down the sidewalk up there in town about 2:30 a.m. one morning. I think that was one of those traps though. I'm pretty sure the Sheriff was arresting everybody driving down the sidewalk that morning.

Actually, the problem was that I was trying to learn how to drip into an atomizer ... I think some people call them atty's. So I'm driving along and had to get some juice on my atty. Okay, so you take the cap off the bottle and stick it in your crotch. Then I have to take that drip tip off because all I ever get is a mouth full of juice if I use it. That goes in my crotch too. Now I have the juice in one hand and my PV and atty in the other and I'm trying to drip juice in the danged thing so there was nothing I could do but steer with my right knee.

I knew if I stayed on the street driving like that I might have an accident so I got up on the sidewalk because nobody was out at that time of morning. So I'm trying to drip and not doing a very good job of it because juice was all over one hand, down through my armpit and dripping off my elbow. There were only a few cars on the street and since I was driving on the sidewalk with my knee I knew I wasn't scaring them, but I think I had their attention.

I think it was around that time that my eyelid got real itchy. You ever have an itchy eyelid? Well you know what I'm talking about then. Its gotta be scratched. So I scratched it.

LOL, LOL, and you guys thought 5Card was the only one who had done this! Yep! I got Atomic Cinnamon in my eye! And right then was when I saw the red and blue lights flashing in my rear view mirror and I stopped. The Sheriff came up to my car with his tasar in his hand and said "hands up!!" I throw my hands up in the air because I already knew I never wanted to be tased again, and that danged juice came out of my atty and got all over my forehead and now I had hot juice in both eyes, the juice came out of the bottle and got all over my crotch and its all wet and I'm digging between my legs for the bottle cap and drip tip and the Sheriff yells "Oh good heavens, a Prevert!!" and he tased me.

I think a prevert is a pervert who is just learning how.

Anyhow, 90 days later when I got out I took those danged atty's and smashed them all up and took them back and threw them in the alley behind Wharf Rat's house where I found them in the first place.

And as it turned out the 90 days sentence that I got turned out to be a good thing because I was there in jail for the family reunion and got to see everybody except for Cousin Feed and Cousin LaTrine who was down there in the big city because he's a workaholic.

And I've never dripped again.

Under no circumstances do I ever sign anything of this sort...It was 60 short when I began creating an account ant 40 short by the time I signed....Now if the damn gooberment shows up at my door....I ain't home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hurricane Hugo...I was on my honeymoon in Sarasota, Fla....Hugo was predicted to plow thru there....We cut things short and headed up too Daytona...I first saw Hugo standing in the parking lot of the Boot Hill Saloon...Hugo was very dark and nasty...We bailed too a trailer that I'd purchased a few years prior outside Manning, SC...on the shore of Lake Marion aka Santee Cooper..Again the path changed...The damn thing seemed to be following us...We decided too bail again and lucky for me I hitched up my freshly restored speed boat...Fayetteville bound !! I backed my boat under the shelter as the wind started to rage..Later that night the shelter disappeared...I've no idea where it landed and yes I looked for it...My little trailer in Santee was completely destroyed...the big boat house was gone as well...Hugo came ashore at Isle of Psalms,SC and made a bee line for Santee...It cut thru NC between Charlottte and Fayetteville...It was a rough couple of days...I eventually got rid of the wife and the speed boat to...I kinda miss that boat.....

Now with that snow storm looming......Ya'll prepare as best you can and please be safe !!!! We're getting rain from the system...Thank the good Lord!!!

I know, LD. I was about 15 miles inland from Isle of Palms during Hugo with my entire family. Our entire house was destroyed around us. Well, all but 1 bedroom and our living room which we lived in for quiet awhile afterwards with no electricity or clean running water. I vowed to never ride out another hurricane after that and I never did.

Soooooo you are the one that brought Hugo to Charleston lol

I guess I've been around TT to much because them rebuildables are just too much WORK for me. I use em, toss em, and screw on another one and that tires me out enough.

They do look nice though.

Yep, TT has done that to all of us lol Heck, I have only been up for a few hours and am ready for a nap

Here in my neck of the woods... aka Redneck Central...if the weather person mentions s-n-o-w, we all head for the grocery store and get a 2 month supply of bread and milk. Not sure why it is only and always bread and milk, but it's a time honored tradition.

We do that here too. Then we lose power and everyones milk goes bad

Boowaahaha, we're getting torrential sunshine and 72 degrees!!!

Almost time for a nap outside on the plaid couch with my singing dog, headless chicken and drunken armadillo!!

LOL I need bread and cat food. I cannot let the furry beasties go without the canned cat food. I just awakened again. The cat from hell awakened me at 4:30 this morning. I went to sleep at 2am. I then went back to sleep around 8 and slept till 11am.

We should have got together on here last night Sdh.

Wifey was using my computer and I got in my recliner and was sleeping immediately. Went to bed around 12 and tried and tried but couldn't to to sleep so I got up around 2 and played around on the computer and watched TV until 4 and finally went to bed and slept until 8:30.

We could have been telling stories!

I mean ... I never tell stories, but I know you do ...

Well, looks like I'm coming to join you guys for the winter storm. I was just asked by my CIO to present at the Symantec Vision conference this April in Las Vegas...I don't do well with public speaking, so I'm going to need a place to lay low until the end of April.

I have to run up to town.

Cousin Feed is going to practice his speech at that rotunda thing up there in what the town joking refers to as the City Park and I want to hear it.

I'm going to take two folding chairs that I found left out on somebody's porch one night that I guess they didn't want any more.

I'm taking two chairs so that me and the old drunk guy that hangs out at the rotunda thing can sit and listen to the speech. Maybe I can get the real chubby lady with a mustache from the Hardware Store to come over and listen to it too. She'll have to sit on the rotunda though because there ain't enough folding chairs in the whole town to park her backside on!! She's real pretty though and has four teeth! Around here if a woman has more than two teeth they are considered a fashion model.

Anyhow, I'm all excited about hearing the speech. I don't know what that "Sympathetic" things is that Cousin Feed is going to talk about ... I think its some kind of medicine for old people like me. But I'm sure anxious to hear it. Hope he doesn't charge us any money because I don't have any.

Of course! I remember your story about the enema. However, it was a big, explosive story...too close to lunch time to post that one. :)
