Must be something in the air 5c, I didn't crash until 4am, and still had a hard time going to sleep. But at least I slept until 10am, when Chase decided it was time to bounce around on the bed and lick me in the face! Gramma Katie has spoiled him to know he has treats when I bring him downstairs in the mornings. Poor little fella's legs are too short to negotiate the steep staircase LOL

I slept like a newborn baby last night. The sleep of the pure and innocent. That's me!!!
And chemicals? Personally I like chemicals. I don't buy anything that doesn't have a fifteen year shelf life. I figure that if it will keep the food item good for 15 years it will keep me going for 15 years too. Yessir, give me a cupful of chemicals any day.
I was going to mow today on the tractor but dang, its hot out there. Bright sun and not a cloud in the sky. And the couch in the front yard is right under that big old shade tree in the weeds by the bass boat. My wife said she was going to run up to town and pick up a few things so I got a couple shovel fulls of dirt and threw them over my tractor so it would look like I'd been hard at work when she returned and when she left I climbed on my couch with my dogs, drunken armadillo, headless chicken and stinky piggy.
And it worked!!!
When she got back and saw that dirty tractor and there I was all sprawled out on the couch in the front yard ... I asked her to bring me a big glass of iced tea because I was so worn out and I'll be darned if she didn't do it!!!
Heh, heh, I'm too clever for my own britches!!!
I just came in a few minutes ago and got a shower and I guess now I'd better take a big ol nap so she thinks I'm all tuckered out and fixes me something real nice for dinner.
I need to be all rested up because my Sociable Securities check will be coming in a few days. Its so nice of you guys to pay to keep me out of the workforce!!!

It was me that got her that good job at the Lube, Oil Change Rack and Hair Salon. Every morning my neighbor comes by and helps me load her in the back of my truck and I haul her to work. At her job they even installed a special winch to load and unload her off the back of my truck (she's pretty large) and they also use that winch to lower her down into the service pit.
She is sooo cute in those coverall's with that little rose sewn on over her shirt pocket! She likes that rose, she's very feminine for such a large lady. And she always has that 24" Crescent wrench in her hip pocket. Turns me on!!!!

Or dump the next drink she brings him right in his lap. TT it was when I was into evil living that I could sleep like a baby but after I started being nice to everyone (except the Dish Network) that I could no longer sleep good. If I get 4 hrs in 1 hr. spurts I'm good to go.

Mini T-storms keep moving thru. We finally got some rain to go with the noise.
The wall / floor edges were finally dry enough for me to to work on some today. I didn't bother with the hydraulic cement. I found a stash of silicone caulk suitable for under water use in the basement, so I blew out all the big cracks in the old patch jobs and stuffed those suckers full of caulk. We'll see if that helps any...damn sure can't hurt 
Oh, I been meaning to ask...does anybody watch Mrs. Brown's Boys on BBC? I just discovered it and I haven't laughed so hard at a tv show in ages! Be warned, it's not kid or work friendly...or forum friendly for that matter! Otherwise, I'd share a youtube clip

That one was mild LOL! Since the set looks almost identical to the old All in the Family set, my mind envisions that Edith outlived Archie and this is who she turned into *snort!
Another thing to try Bo is Gorilla Glue. If you can get it in the crack it expands as it dries. My patch job with Flex Seal is on it's second yr. and still holding great. Yes, I got some of the flex seal in white, but I must mot have cleaned the area well enough because it didn't hold at all. Or I didn't put enough layers on it. IIR, when I used the flex seal, it rained like crazy within a day or 2 and I didn't get a chance to finish it properly. Once this caulk cures, maybe I'll add some flex to it for good measure.
Fran, wouldn't that have been the perfect revenge for Edith? LOL

Ya I put a bunch of layers on. It was raining while I did it so I had Flex Seal in one hand and the hair dryer in the other hand. If you can get a good coat on there it dries like a hard rubber surface,
I finally got my parts so maybe I can get this laptop working. If T get some zzzzs tonight.
