My 58 hours are up...... off to pay for the other half !!!

For all the EVOD / Protank / Dbox uses, I just rebuilt a couple of atomizer heads and it was very easy. The first one took me 10 minutes and the second less than 5. The first one was 1.1Ω and the other is 2.5Ω. They work great and I don't need to my heads again.

... and Good Morning :)

I have a cleaning method that makes these heads just keep going and going. So far, I have not needed to rebuild and as inexpensive as I have been able to get them, I doubt that I ever will :2cool:

Good morning everyone!

Good luck with the speakers Bov! Jam on girlfriend!!! :)

I shop the same as Salem....inherited trait from my Dad....research, research, and research some more before purchasing. He always read consumer reports (no internet back in the day) and bought the best that he could afford. :) I read all of the reviews as well and never just go by star ratings.

School shopping/kindergarten orientation is underway so I've been quite busy with those tasks.

I hope you all have a fabulous week!!! :)

Who says Mondays suck? My first stop was Best Buy and I was able to listen to several cheap choices, including the Kenwood's I posted last night. They kicked the other cheapies to the curb sound wise. They wanted $70 for the speakers and another $75 for install. Told the youngin that I could order from Crutchfield for $50 and he said he'd match the price. Ok, I'll shop around and might be back... :)

Went to Extreme Audio, our local owner operated shop. Talked with the owner for a bit, a little southern charm later, I have the same Kenwoods installed, for $75. I have to say this guy was super nice, and treated me just like I was buying a $5k custom build. And he asked me if I would burn a copy of Joe Bonamassa's Sloe Gin cd for him...it was a great choice to test drive the speakers on

Yay for supporting a local business...and a local business who catered to my low end budget with enthusiasm!

Those are nice looking tanks Denrock, hope you enjoy it :)

Ha TT! I expect it was more like a slow Monday and he had a opportunity to unload a cheap set of speakers ;)

Ya I think I will. Looks like I ordered just in time too only 8 in black left when I ordered and when I checked again a few minutes after ordering they were down to 3 left. 3 other colors are also sold out and there is a bunch of red left. They are selling like hotcakes from what I can tell it looks like they have sold a few thousand in the last 2-3 weeks. Every review up for them is very positive and 5/5 stars.

Ugh it has already started getting dark earlier.

It got dark early here too. It rained really really hard and some good thunder and lightning too.
