Katie wanted me to get a small chuck roast...when did that get so expensive? That sucker was $5.49 a lb! I shoulda went to the meat market instead.
You need to change stores. It's $3.99 a lb. at Fred Meyers. I'm sure other places have it even cheaper.
It better be good for that price lol! I remember thinking rib eye was out of this world for that price.

I would love to be able to build a tiny house, and use solar panels for most of the electricity. Propane for heat, cooking and hot water

Not much. I can't figure it out. I only got a couple hrs. the night before and worked my booty off yesterday. Didn't eat dinner until 9:30 PM so I thought I would sleep good. When I do sleep I get rested very quickly though and after an hr. or so I'm ready to go. Getting old is so much fun isn't it?
Good morning all. 5C, my DH is like that. Just a few hours sleep and he is ready to go. I must have 8-10 hours a night to feel rested and sometimes that is not even enough. I have read that we need less sleep as we age. That does not seem to be the case for me though.

That would look soooo fine sitting here next door to the Sewage Treatment Plant!
All I'd need is an old plaid couch and a bass boat to put in the front yard and I'd be just like those rich folks!

I am like TT and Salem.....give me at least 7 or 8 or I am non functional the next day. Ugh! 5er, I just don't know how you do it buddy!
First week (Tues thru Fri) of full days for Maddie, and yesterday she wakes up with a sore throat and runny nose. After school she was worse and by last night she had a fever. No school for her today, the doctor says an antibiotic is necessary. Great!!! She and I are planning to relax this weekend. I certainly hope so!
