Good afternoon Buzzards!!!

I am like TT and Salem.....give me at least 7 or 8 or I am non functional the next day. Ugh! 5er, I just don't know how you do it buddy!

First week (Tues thru Fri) of full days for Maddie, and yesterday she wakes up with a sore throat and runny nose. After school she was worse and by last night she had a fever. No school for her today, the doctor says an antibiotic is necessary. Great!!! She and I are planning to relax this weekend. I certainly hope so!

Those poor little kids ... if there's anything going around their going to have it.

I know back years and years ago when I was in Third Grade my daddy would always walk me to school and hold my hand. And if there was anything going around we both came down with it.

Daddy and I were in the same grade ....

But it was hard on mom when we both caught those little bugs at the same time.

Busy week at LockMart, glad for a weekend

DW and I have our five year anniversary today, we tried a little hole in the wall place called the clam bar. Absolutely awesome fried haddock, scallops, clams, shrimp, oysters, onion rings, and a good salad with healthy portion of blue cheese All fresh products, including the veggies.

Work continues on my Ranger....Added new upholestry and foam to the driver's seat....shampooed the carpet....fixed the leaking fuel filler neck....the a/c remains ice cold with no sign of leaks....A lotta work but little invested so.....GOOD!!!! The headlights and tint should be here soon....The truck was nice when I got it....it's a lot better now...Being as it's black I gotta show my skills w/paint...No dents to speak of so that won't be to bad...I also painted 1/2 a wrought iron patio set today...the other 1/2 tomorrow....Couldn't get the whole set in the booth and still move around...

Thanks ElDee, Maddie is on the mend!! The truck sounds nice! Hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of it for sure.

I'm waiting on another washer delivery today. Last weeks supposed delivery was cancelled as they said it was damaged. At my wits end with them all and let every stinkin' one of them know about it, Jersey style!!!! Threatened the triple B's if my washer is not here by today, and HD said to come see them after this is settled to offer compensation. Better be GOOD!!! lol

Morning boys and girls. I slept like a baby last night. Speaking of washers, I walked by ours last night and noticed a loud noise coming from it. I guess today I'll be doing my washing machine repairman impersonation.
Give em heck Tracy, that seems to be the only way they listen anymore. I couldn't access my email yesterday because my internet security blocked it so I was on Xfinity facebook yesterday giving them heck. They got it fixed. I'm also battling with Target on their facebook page. I must of gotten 20 emails from that fiasco.

I got lucky LD. The air, cruise, tilt, auto dimmers, power mirrors, power windows and power locks all worked on this truck. I have to find some dash pieces from where they tore out the stereo when they stole it. It's got a new Kenwood in it now. I also have one seat that needs attention. That and some clearcoat on the top of the fenders and roof.

Washer is here and I'm putting it to the test as I type this. I am just thrilled to have one again. Now as long as it doesn't eat my clothes, I'll be a happy camper!
