Bov, I'm sorry too hear about Cookie...

Hoping all went well with 5's surgery...

The head banging living room light is in the shop trash can....Replaced with a flush mount led....My dad had installed the previous light and black taped the connections...It was brittle and flaked off...Looked fairly bright mid afternoon...I'll have too see it past dark before I pass judgement on it's brightness...No bulbs too change is definitely a plus...Mom keeps her crib like House Beautiful may show up any moment for a photo shoot...Already they're wondering if it looks good enough...

Thanks all. It was fast. They had trouble trying to get a bandage contact to stay on. The Doc went through 2 and then while I was waiting for my ride home the 3rd one came out. They finally got one to stay in pretty good. The head nurse is so nice. She said I was her favorite patient and if I had problems during the night to call her and she would meet me at the office. She's a sweetheart. If I was only 30 yrs. younger. I'm going back in the AM so the doc can have a look. Next up is lasik I hope.

It's a very cold 14 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our cold spell is over now. We're at 35° right now but it's supposed to go up another 10°. Dang, 9° I think that's even too cold for me Mark.

Low of 5 last night, no water problems yay, warmed up quickly 31 right now. - Great that your surgery went fairly smooth 5. - Let us know what the final verdict is on the overhead light is El Dee, should be a great money saver in the long run.
