Thanks for all the concern everyone... it was nip n tuck for a bit this morning with some low overcast. But we fought thru it and the sun was out for most the day.

Mornin' light snow falling here, 1-3 forecast 20*. Down to 3* tonight, but the good news, winter is almost over predicted 60 for next week, Sochi weather

We're in a full on melt!!!!!!!!!!!!! 70* by Wensday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Limbs ans deep slush everywhere but we kept power thru the storm.....WINTER FEKKIN' SUCKS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Virgin Mobile provides mostly great service.....their website however is much like winter ^^^^......Direct TV....back to the same old same old...Fussed and cussed then threatened and finally my bill was back to its original $89....inch by inch it's $106 this month...They IMO are worse than winter.....Cable back here in the woods is not an option...I see where Comcast purchased Time Warner...I'm in Charters area so it's mute but I've heard nothing but negatives about Comcast...My point is we have 2 Satellite choices and now 2 cable choices....Ala Ma Bell there is a trade law though I don't know the exact specifics I did see where Comcast was in the opinion they weren't in violation...My take from that is that law still exists....Comcast....Looks like a monopoly to me...I'm double dang sure the prices gonna go up....

Proposed sale LD, hasn't gone thru yet. You can voice your displeasure with the FCC, I believe is the best agency. Also, don't forget the net neutrality deal.
I have not had cable TV since the 70's, look at the money I've saved. We are able to pull in 3 broadcast market areas with over the air antennae, lucky that way. And since advent of digital there are the sub channels. For instance PBS out of St Louis has 4 sub channels with different programming. So we get about 25 channels all together although some of it is redundant. 90% of what I watch is either PBS or sports, I am an information junkie.

Meetings with the team all week, 10 hours/day. Add in the snow (only 8 last night, thankfully, its nice to have a night off (working out now )

LD I've tried them all and when they were here ATT was the best but Comcast took the area from them about 10 yrs ago and now for me Comcast is the best. They give me good deals to keep me off their facebook page bad mouthing them.
Dish keeps saying we want you back. I emailed them yesterday and told them Why would I go back after getting rid of you? I also told them they had 2 problems I don't deal with. They are liars number1 and number 2 I said until they remove that clause in the contract that says they can raise your rates anytime and for any reason I will never, ever go back.

LD do you have Uverse in your area. We've had it almost since it came out and we're as happy as you can be with any of the content providers.
